Their website is saying 20 working days. So probably late this week/early next week.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Do you know how long it takes to get a decision once everything has been ticked off on the tracker?
I'm just a bit worried that my payslips/ bank statements etc were assessed a few days after being submitted which seems much quicker than their estimated timescales so wonder if that means they didn't like what they saw and are just going to decline it?0 -
We were told on 24th October that we would receive our offer within 5 days. Nothing has been received as yet. Managed to get to speak to an agent via the "chat" yesterday (took me 30 mins to get to the front of the queue) and was told that it was at "prepare offer" stage and that he would "chase it up". However, I wasn't convinced by this, and have managed to get straight though to an agent on chat this afternoon, and she has told me a completely different story! She is saying that KYC checks have been "pending" their end, and then went on to say that there has been a "discrepancy" with the date of birth of my husband (they have used my year of birth instead of his!!) so this is obviously a data input/keying error on their part, but I now have to wait ANOTHER 2-3 working days for this to be resolved!! It is now supposedly with the "dedicated team" whatever that means. I really am losing the will to live, the timescales are just ridiculous.0

Was very pleasantly surprised as I'm a new graduate and have been in work <6 months and am on a fixed term contract so was preparing myself for a decline!0 -
Hi all,
So we applied on the 14/10 and we're now at the review stage with valuation completed on the 1st Nov. With intermediary site showing 15 days for processing, does mean a further 15 days for the underwriting, or as we're at 15 working days today, should it be any day now? :S

Also if you are employed it will move quick … self employed is very slow.
Applied on 11 pretty much same as your timeline except not ⚠️and still waiting
The whole thing is too frustrating0 -
@Big_Rock We applied on 27th SEPTEMBER (via a broker)
