  • Thank you very much for the comments.
I love cold winter days when we don't go out as much, as we can use this as an excuse to "play" around with our crafty ideas.

And as for the babies, sorry not me now. been there and done it . I have lots of nieces and nephews who do the producing now :rotfl:

I got my muffin cases from ebay today - didn't take too long considering they came from Penang

Bit squashed and they are coffee coloured rather than pink

OOh found this site for little soaps to put atop the muffin cakes possibly.

I found a curtain makers wholesalers
today went in for a little mooch around
they had some little bits and bobs amongst
    everything.
those pins on ebay the pearl headed ones
are 40p and the large size are 50p.
they had bags of those little roses made
from ribbon does anyone know how much
they are in the shops..they had bags of
40 for £1.95 and large fancy ones 20 or 40
    for £3.95,cant remember exact amount
    in these bags.

I am doing a towel wedding
cake soon and wondered would it be cheaper to
buy exact amount from a shop or buy a bag
full.I noticed the seed pearls on a roll were
    45p and 65p a metre.Dont know how these
prices compare with a shop ? as I have not
    seen them selling localy before.

Love the idea of the football one. Chap on our market sells football flannels - got one the other year for my son........he and OH are both Liverpool supporters. Was the cushion flannel size ?

this is the link to the LFC
    face cloth

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=180212046001&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=008

His picture is not the best, but
I had seen these in the LFC Shop
and they were around £1.99/ £2.50
    cant remember exactly.
    So his price was good
Its about 8 inches by 8 inches
although once made into a cushion
it seemed a lot bigger.I thought this
would be nice to have in the car, just
made it into a throw type and left
the tag on it as well.I am going to
get a couple more as this is a cheap
practical present for blokes that makes
    a change from socks etc.
Shame we never took a pic of it before
they left with it.Although my neice did take a
    pic of hers

I know what you mean its one
trip after another and the cost
    can be scandelous at times.
and if you have more than one
child it can really empty out
your purse for even the simplest
    local trip.
