does anyone know how I can make flannel cakes?

Can anyone point me in the right direction please. I am looking for instructions for the flannel reindeer. We are holding a table top sale to raise funds for our local Rainbows group and I thought these may sell. Also where is the best/cheapest place to buy supplies from. Does anyone have any ideas what else I could sell? I was thinking snowman soup? reindeer food? cupcake socks? THANKS

Remember this thread? I have fond memories of making all the flannel cakes and am going to try to make them again. I loved this thread, so many good ideas.
