Does anyone know where to get red path pearls from? I have been looking for some to be cherries on my cupcakes but cannot find any anywhere even ebay0

AnnieH - there seems to be a shortage of red bath pearls around at the moment...
The best places you can try are those cheaper stores like Poundstretcher, Instore, Home Bargains etc.
You are more likely to find the bath pearls in a gift type thing but you can always take out the bath pearls and save the other bits to make up a hamper, pamper gift bag etc0 -

If you have a Home and Bargain store
near you they were selling a little
ceramic baths with 12 bath pearls
in them wrapped in cellophane with
a bow, it worked out at £2.99.
They had lots of different colours
including red.But I think it depends on
the time of year in the run up to Christmas
you see a lot of the deeper colours in these
red, green, purple etc and in the summer months
it seems to be lighter shades peach, lilac, lemon.
Is the Body shop worth a look ? They used to
sell loads of them.:j:j:j0 -
I'll keep my eye open for them rosekitten - I've yet to try the cake decorating shop as it was closed so if you want any let me know how many.
Finished off the retro sweet boxes this morning and ended up covering the long panel of perspex at the front that I'd scratched with some semi-clear stiff paper from our craft shop (got it in a bag of offcuts). Stuck one on with pritt stick and the other with double sided sticky tape then put happy easter ribbon across the front with a denim sequinned little patch at one end of grandaughters, felt blue parcel for grandson so that problems solved and they look good...............even the lad we look after was impressed (might do one for him on the quiet...................lol)
thanks mary43 I am hoping that if I can
call in this place they might have some that
are oddments etc, often happens if you can
be there in person.
We have spent most of the week making
cushions my neice has gone home with
a Hello kitty and a Bambie cushion as
well as a little lavender bag.
We also made a Liverpool FC one for
her sister who is football mad, there
is a bloke who sells football flannels
on ebay buy it now £1.10 inc P&P
I had an odd grey flannel I picked up
cheap for 5p in a shop and sewed the
two together it looked really good when
finished.:j:j:j0 -
