their packets of eyes are only
a £1 a pack theres loads in them all
different sizes some even have eye
lashes on them which would be good
for mumoftwos bunny which by the way
is really nice.
Great thread - need to make present for friend and thinking these look good (though I'm trying to save money and I keep clicking on your ebay links!)0 -
Well I have drawn a blank on flannels today to....not getting my fix..... What am I going to do???
Also I went to The Range today & I have to say how disappointed I was..
Anyway I am meant to be having a tiding up & washing day tomorrow, not sure what I am going to do re the flannel hunt, I am starting to get hot thinking about it !!!!0 -
I was just talking to my sister about the bunnies and flannels (they don't use flannels in Holland, just those washcloths that are closed on three sides and you put your hand in it) and I think to be able to sell the bunnies to collegues etc, I would need to make them child friendly, so googly eyes are probably out.. Could I embroider a few simple features on, like little black eyes and a round nose and some whiskers. Like Miffy. Even if they take them apart, its just a dishcloth and not a teatowel. Sorry just waffling... trying to perfect my bunny.. :rotfl:0

I see what you mean 25 ?
I got sticky dots 99p in Asda
Gingerbabe its the shame the Range
was a disapointment,the one I went
in was in Poole,Dorset last Summer
when we were down that way on holiday
its a large branch so the selection was
good.
I am looking forward to the £1 shops
getting those l;ittle yellow chicks in.
It costs £3 in bus fares to get there
and back ,which I dont mind if I end
up getting what I set out to buy so
if anyone spots these in either
Poundland or the 99p shop by them,
give us a shout on the thread and
I will get down there for a box,as I
think they turn up in all the shops
around the same time.:j:j:j0 -
shopping took a bit longer as I
checked out all the containers
in the instore bakery
Also someone was asking on here
about larger cakes theres loads on
the internet. But I noticed this one below
as its a single tier probably a hand or
bath towel. But the decoration on the
top is a bath scrunchie and bath pearls.
those pearls round the side you can find them
among the xmas decs and there are the same
pearly headed pins holding the flowers on the
side in place
this looks very do able:j:j:j0 -
yes, looks simple but effective. Its' a bit much for my taste, but looks lovely nevertheless!!
