    Yours and mine both Ginga!

First he had the hampers/contents to contend with and now it's flannels!!

Did anyone see the lunchtime news on t.v.? Apparently there's a shortage of flannels in the shops. Women have been seen bulk buying in a variety of colours and fighting has broken out over the brown and white varieties. A manager who was interviewed said "I don't know why they're panic buying but our staff overheard mutterings regarding rabbits, reindeer, muffins, swiss rolls and cake slices. It's most frightening, I can only assume they are out on day release basis".

feel off chair laughing , have been and got a pale blue one to mess about with and also fabric to make lucy a new coat (the dog)
boyes have a pack of 6 face cloths for 99p but looked cheap
  • I totally love all these fab ideas... keep them coming.

I definetly think the presentation of these items makes them good enough to eat.

Years ago I received a rabbit shaped flannel from the body shop, I loved it and vowed never to unravel it. Anyway one day I came home from school to find my Mum had been sorting out my room and had unravelled the rabbit flannel to put it in the wash! I cried for hours ( I was only 8 at the time) It makes me laugh to think about that now.

DD and I did go out today (despite the snow) looking for different colours flannels. I found lemon ones (very nice) and some creamy ones. And I bought some cheap dishcloths to try and make the bunnies (instead of teatowel) Will post picture if it works and isn't too cr*p looking

here she is... I think she might look better with features (ie googly eyes, whiskers) and ribbons, only had elastic bands,or not? what do you think? I am not entirely happy with her hands either, but it was my first attempt.. I think she would look good holding an easter egg

Better go make the tea now, troops are hungry and mum is playing with dishcloths and flannels  oops
