It's gloriously sunny here too Frankie. Enjoy eating al fresco. 😋 You might be able to have your barbecue outside too denise. Ouch to the syns in the belly pork! 😉

I have chosen to have a few higher syn meals during lockdowns just to give us a bit of a treat but, on the whole, it's been easier for me. What normally takes my syns over the edge is eating out and that hasn't been happening.  We often eat out with groups of friends and many of the pubs and restaurants really don't have that  much SW friendly stuff on the menu. The mse in me means I'm disinclined to have take aways. DH isn't keen either as he doesn't like food luke warm.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
    L- JP (F), veggie chilli (P,S), cottage cheese (P)
D- Roast Beef (P), SW roast potatoes (F), lots of veg (S)
Syns-  HM gravy 4, horseradish 1, weekend wine😋

Hope you enjoyed the belly pork Denise. Rich things like that no longer agree with me unfortunately. The chicken arrabiata had me up at 3am - we didn't eat until after 9pm and I think it was a bit of heartburn  :'(
Managed a 5k run this morning which I'm super pleased about. It was crisp and breezy at 7.15am! Food today has been better:
    B - WM Nimble toast, 2 tsp jam - HEXB/1 syn
L - satsumas, Tesco snack pack of sushi (at DS1s again) - 2 syns?
D - roast beef, SW roast potatoes, carrots, sprouts, broccoli, leeks
    Snacks  - Benefit bar 3
Syns - 6 - will also have a small glass of wine, so 11 syns total.
DH is cooking, I've just finished the ironing mountain - we deserve wine 🍷
    Have a good evening all,
    Coxy

Yes, I did enjoy the belly pork!  Definitely not something to have too often, LOL!

Will definitely be some to go into the freezer for another day!

    L - veggie omelette - P; S
    D - chickpea and vegetable curry; rice - P; S; F

Syns - none planned as went over by quite a bit yesterday!

Morning all!  Sorry to hear your sad news TIE, sending you lots of hugs.  DH's arm was still aching yesterday from his jab bubbs - he then made it worse by changing a light fitting 🙄

Star week has well and truly arrived with a vengeance.  I haven't felt this bad in a long time; really exhausted and very light headed.  Think it's the anaemia playing up again so going to try and take it easy today.  Haven't weighed in this morning as all the bloating will be giving me a false reading and I can't be doing with that negativity in my life at the moment 😂  Apart from that, had a nice a relaxed weekend; went for a lovely walk on Saturday and supervised DH prepping the garden yesterday.  Think he plans to plant courgettes (even if he does call them tasteless veg), peppers, cabbage and strawberries to start with so lots of speed right there!

Just about to go and have some breakfast - FF greek yogurt with strawberries and mango as I'm not feeling too hungry but wanting something light and fresh.  Lunch today will probably be something involving eggs, maybe a hash or poached egg on toast and dinner tonight is spaghetti bolognese.

Hope everyone is staying safe and starting to enjoy the warmer and brighter weather.

    Hello everyone,
Just a quick update from me as I have the day from hell at work today. My syns were higher than I said yesterday as the wine was 14.5% red (so 6.5 for a small glass) AND I had some pannetone(sp) pudding with ice cream for pud - no idea of syns but it was blooming lovely :)
    Today's food will be:
    B - puffed wheat and skimmed milk - HEXB/HEXA1
L - cottage cheese, couscous, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles - 1 syn
D - spaghetti and meatballs - will use LM red onion sausages - HEXA2 for parmesan
Snacks - apple, banana, satsumas, grapes, benefit bar 3
    Total syns - 4
    Have a great day everyone,
    Coxy

Image result for St Davids Day

It's gloriously sunny here today. I'm having one of those days where lockdown feels extra frustrating but I'm sure it'll pass.

Hopefully if you leave WI until next week ruby you'll see a true result. I agree there's no point getting depressed when it's bloating.  Based on your syns last week coxy, you should have plenty left for the rest of the week even after your wine and pudding. Let's hope so. 😉

I've got enough syns  to see me through to Thursday. Looking at my meal plan, I only need 1 for some cornflour later in the week  so should be fine.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- cold meat (P), fried potato (F) LO veg and pickles (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrot chips (S)
    Syns- 0
