Frankie - they got told by SW not to use the word Syns as it's a registered trademark.  It's fairly easy to work out the syns for their recipes.  If there is any particular recipe you need help with synning then just ask on here.  Someone will look up syns for you.

Frankie SlimmingWorld complained about them using their name. Don’t know if it got as far as action....but there’s loads of conversions on Pinterest of their syns.

Pleased to report 3 off this week, the 3 stone mark is well within my grasp. Similar meal plan this week again kicking off with a chicken salad today…. I did have a freddo too!

Following the walking theme I think me and pooch have walked about 30 miles since Friday – cant sit still when the weather is nice but it is the best thing for mind body and soul! We have agreed to have a rest day today, me and the dog – so a trip round his favourite fields and chuck of his favourite ball.

At @FrankieM what about lentil soup? Carrots onion potato lentil stock? Basic but tasty. If you are buying potatoes for this then you could also have baked potatoes. The carrot and onion is a staple part of many other sw meals so wouldn’t go a miss?

@TakeItEazy Sorry to hear about your dog :-(

Well done Klew, that's a fab loss :)
I've only just had lunch as forgot about another meeting at 2pm. Brain fog attributed to peri-menopause - sorry if TMI!

Thanks everyone on the pinch of nom update. It's a shame they couldn't work something out between them...

The recipe I'm looking out has tbs of cornflour in it, could someone let me know what the syn value is?

    Thanks :)

Frankie 1 Tbs of cornflour is 1 syn so that would be divided by however many portions you are making.  To be honest if it's for 4 portions then I wouldn't bother synning it!

Brilliant loss klew. Well done! 👏👏👏

I managed to track down the Uncle Ben's Sweet and Sour sauce today in a different Sainsburys branch. I noticed it's disappeared off the website so do hope it hasn't been discontinued. Maybe it's just a supply problem. Every shop I go to seems to have big gaps on the shelves. ☹️
