    Frankie it's dull and dreary here too, not lifted all day :( and it's cold!

    I had sardine salad at lunchtime, i was starving as knew i would be out first thing but took a piece of chicken and 2 satsumas with me.
    Tea i am having ham, egg, chips and salad 😋 salad leaves need using up!

    Hi, sorry but can anyone tell me the syn value for Cauldron Lincolnshire sausages (chilled 6 pack) please? The entire frozen vegetarian section of Tesco had a power cut, so couldn't get LM ones as planned.
