Are alphen lights a health extra?
Yes beanie. 2 Alpen Lights for a HEB. You can often get them for £1 a packet in shops like Home Bargains. Aldi Benefit bars are even better value. 🤔

    Thanks maman.
I still don't have my own car back & am only driving very locally only.
When I do I hope to get to  Aldi & HB.
It is a real pain as Sainsbugs are not cheap.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the sausages coxy. What do they taste like compared to the LM rosemary and onion? Are they herby? I use the LM to make stuffing balls with a roast dinner.

Just checking that you are aware that cherries aren't Speed, although no problem if you prefer them. I've been enjoying frozen raspberries lately on my porridge. Or the bags of mixed red berries (mixture of Free and Speed). I think the bags of mixed red fruits are in the Sainsburys price match with Aldi. 🤔

That looks a good day's food milann. 😋
I checked the Sainsburys price match with Aldi. It's worth a look especially as many people are doing online shopping at the moment. They have lots of things we'd use including 5% beef and pork mince.

Have to say I'm not keen on the mixed fruits - there tends to be too many black currants and red currants and I find them quite sharp!  I tend to buy the Breakfast Topper from Mr Ts which doesn't have the currants in them.

Have to say the chicken & leek baked risotto was really tasty - even DH said how nice it was so it's a definite keeper and so much easier than standing at the cooker stirring for 40 minutes!

I'm really jealous of those of you with Farm Foods near you - can't believe the price of such nice looking ham!  4 slices of ham like that would be at least £2 in Mr Ts!  Haven't bought ham for ages because decent stuff has got so expensive.

I'm the same with soft fruits Denise - don't like the sharpness and the texture. I know cherries aren't speed, but they keep their texture which I like.
The cauldron sausages were the Lincolnshire ones bubbs. They were nice and tasted meaty! The family had Lincolnshire ones from A!di so our dinners looked the same.
Just had a bath after dinner - feeling really bloated so star week definitely on its way :(
    Early night needed I think.
