milann If your are a group or online member you can buy the hifi bars direct from SW via the website but I think you have to buy 10 boxes at a time!  I keep forgetting to look when I'm in Iceland for them!  I only really like the Fruit and Nut ones but I don't want to buy 10 boxes of them!

I suppose a watch is more convenient bubbs but my phone counts steps. I don't carry it around at home but always make a point of putting it in my pocket when we go out for a walk. I firmly believe that i's perfectly possible to lose weight without exercise but it does have lots of other benefits, not least getting out and getting some fresh air at the moment.
Yes i have always said that but why am i gaining , when i have not changed the way i eat? and i am always busy.

Well zoom done, didn;t feel comfortable, didn't really feel included, no WA group mentioned, she said see you are still posting your lovely meals? What does she know she never goes on there and since i spoke to Tina, i have not posted them!!

She also reckons groups end of April beginning of May!

Thanks Joe Denise - when I last stocked up I wasn’t a member but have joined again so will do that next time. I used to always get a variety and put them in a biscuit tin so I could have the variety- they used to last a good while before I stocked up again.

bubbs One of the consultants on my Facebook group (we've got 3 different consultants covering our old one's groups!) asked how much people wanted to lose in the next 17 weeks (which works out 21 June) so can't see groups restarting in venue until then.

At least you tried bubbs. Does that mean you've now registered an extra pound and OK with the app for a while? I think SW groups will be in the 21st April government review along with shops and other indoor venues. If the figures are looking better by then they might have anticipated the decision and be ready to open.

I think it takes willpower to have a variety of bars in the biscuit tin milann. 😇 Fortunately I don't have a sweet tooth but I imagine it's like I feel when a multi bag of crisps is in the cupboard. Imagine buying 10 boxes. 🤣

Yes should be ok with the app. But like she said it depends on the venue too

That's true bubbs. One of my dancing groups used to meet in a school hall and they didn't want anyone to use it even when the first lockdown ended. Luckily we found a dance studio that was glad of our business. 😊

Good to see you posting sary, 3 weeks and counting I'm sure😊. Will you be able to get home for lunch in your new job? 🤔

No unfortunately I won’t be able to. I will only have 30mins break so not enough time to get home and back again. I will have to think of a better plan for lunches. I have a bit of an odd habit of eating only when hungry at work, which today meant I had breakfast at 11:50am and lunch at 1:30pm. Dinner is generally 7pm. I just struggle to eat breakfast first thing (before 10am) but I imagine eating at my desk won’t be possible in future. That’s another change I am going to have to factor in. Once I start eating I then keep feeling hungry, another reason to start later in the day - it limits the hours I can eat hehehe

    Hey Sary  :)
    Happy new job  :)
    Hey Beanie
Thank you!  It’s going to be strange moving from the legal world into a new industry, but I won’t miss the stress and the drama of my workplace, although I will miss the interesting work.
