Good on you bubbs.  Glad you've made a decision.

Yes, I think it's the right thing to do. You could always ask to be put down as STS because you don't weigh at home., 🤔 SW always say that you shouldn't weigh at home. 😁

We really enjoyed our dinner. I didn't fancy mash after all so I did small cubes of roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes with the fish. I'll do them again, made a nice change.

I love mini roasties!  The roasties I did at lunchtime really didn't go with the veg pilau so we ended up eating them afterwards with some mustard pickle which was really nice!

Glad you've had your first jab.  Had mine about 10 days ago.  I'm just glad things are starting to be moving forwards and we can get back to some sort of normality.  Don't think things will ever be back to the old "normal".

Morning all!  Welcome back beanie - I think we've all been struggling over the last year (I know I have!).  Glad you have a plan bubbs, let's hope there's more than 2 people on your zoom call!

Think we passed our assessment day at work yesterday - they kept saying in the feedback session that they hoped to be celebrating face to face with us at the next sector wide meeting.  One massive stress off my to-do list, just a million more to tick off!  DH is having his covid jab this afternoon which will put both our minds at ease.  Haven't had breakfast yet but think I'll dive into the massive pot of overnight oats in a minute.  Lunch will be leftovers from last night and then dinner tonight is more of the vegetable dhansak from Monday as it made about 6 portions and I could only fit 2 in the freezer.  Good job DH really liked it!

Hope you all have a good day!

Morning all, a bit of a grey day again.

Couldn't get any eggs yesterday so might pop back to the farm shop later to pick some up but might leave that until tomorrow as don't need any today.

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
    L - prawn cocktail, smoked salmon, salad - P; S; F
    D - vegetable pasta bake - HEA2; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - oats
    Syns - none planned

Have a good day and keep safe.

Good call bubbs. Was that just you and the consultant on the call beanielou?! 1 to 1 support  :D

My halo slipped yesterday after several days of being really good. I have an app which pings you notifications when local cafes etc. have 'magic bags' of food that they are disposing of. It's £3 for a bag and contents are a surprise. I got a ping saying local Co$ta had a bag, so collected 1 x bacon bap, 1 x sausage bap, 1 x cheese and tomato toastie, 1 x brownie and 1 x bakewell slice. The sarnie and rolls will be for the teens breakfasts, but DH and I had the cakes - he had the brownie and I had the bakewell. It was nice, and probably a zillion syns (I've recorded 15 but someone might tell me different if it's on the database). I'm not going to beat myself up because work is beyond rubbish at the moment (about to enter consultation) and a colleague was particularly vile to me yesterday. Oh well...today is a new day and I did a 3k run this morning in the sunshine  :)

    Food today will be:
    B - puffed wheat, skimmed milk HEXB/HEXA1
L - LM rosemary and red onion sausages, egg, beans, bacon
    D - bolognaise bake, parmesan HEXA2
Snacks - apple, grapes, A!pen light bar 3
    Syns - 3
    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy
