maman Aldi's LTL is the Bramwell one. I usually buy the Tesco one as I prefer the flavour (Hellmann's is better but I begrudge the price!).
I think it's probably the cheddar I need to cut back on as when I have Primula or Parmesan I don't have the full amount (probably no more than 2 syns worth but count it as a full HEA). Definitely have to cut back on the Welsh rarebit for a while to see if it makes any difference!

Evening all
Well done Ruby 😁
Denise, i wish that was my reason but very rarely use a whole hexa let alone 2, rarely have hexb and still no loss again 😥
This next bit i copied from where i sent it somewhere else, it started by me saying last night "Is everyone ok as very quiet on here" this was on the groups FB page.
No one replied, then this morning someone replied with this.Hi ****, it's *** from Slimming World. Last week on Zoom A told us she was setting up individual WhatsApp groups for each Zoom group to support each other. I think she alsofeels the FB Group has got so big she has lost track of who is on there so she is starting again with a new group for those who 'turn up' each week. That's why the current group is so quiet. Do you go on Zoom? It doesn't cost anything for target members and it's actually not too bad - certainly better than nothing. It's nice to see a few familiar faces and talk about the issues. Anyway when I saw your post I messaged A to see if she was going to put something on the old group but she doesn't seem to pick up messages or go on FB so she hasn't seen it or responded, hence me deciding to message you directly. It's not really for me to say something on the group as it's obviously nothing to do with me. Hope that helps xxHi, no i don't see she changed the times as the time is not suitable for me on a Monday but would have thought she would have posted that for everyone to see? but so be it if that;'s how it's going be. Thanks for letting me know xWhy don't you join the Wednesday 7pm group? Others from Northampton have like Zoe. I agree she should have posted something, she seems to be right off social media and left you, me and L to keep the group going.I didn't know there was a 7pm group, so much seems to be done in secret. I do understand she has lost her Mum but there used to be a "secret" group at 7 on a Monday but that was for a select few, sorry if i am wrong but we all are here for the same reason 🙁 I won't be posting my meals on there anymore as can't see the point 🙁 xNo don't bother. I agree she has had an awful year but if she wants people to come back in the summer she needs to be open and welcoming. I don't think this is at all aimed at you but those who get the benefits of the FB group without paying. She used to delete people after 6 weeks of non attendance but she says she can't face it. What a waste of all those files and recipes. The 7pm Wed group has never been secret so please do just come on and say hi.I will try, but need to calm down first and tbh i am quiet upset the way she has treated me and i am sure i am not the only one . I did do Zoom till she changed the time, surely i am not the only one that couldn't do 5? xend of convo!!Looks like i will be loosing the app soon!

That's really poor bubbs. Of course you have sympathy because she lost her mum but if she needs time out she should ask another consultant to take over until she feels up to it. The person who messaged you sounds friendly enough so perhaps you can join that group. Seems weird to have 'secret' groups though. My group has Facebook and Zoom as far as I know but I don't do either of those from choice. You know we'll help you all we can if you do lose the app. 😊1

Yes T 's ok.
I only found out about that 7pm group as when i was on zoom before , consultant said something , i said i didn't realise you still did that one as you never said, she said oh it's such and such they always come to group together 🙄
But now we know group won't open till June, i have a good mind to go zoom on Weds and work my butt off to get these few lbs off 😂Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -

That's a terrible way for your consultant to have treated you. It sounds like you might be better doing the Wednesday group - just say can she put you down as STS as you haven't got any scales and then as you see work your butt off and shift those lbs before groups are back in venue.
I've seen chefs use cling film to boil things but never in an oven - I'd be concerned that it would melt and make a mess of the oven - 200 is quite a hot oven! If you try it I'd do it in a tin with sides so that if it does melt it doesn't mess up your oven!
If you do try it let us know how they turn out.
I made the veg pilau with roasted butternut squash (from the Fresh Start booklet) for dinner tonight, I halved the recipe in case we didn't like it but it was very nice. There was absolutely masses so there's probably enough to have for lunch tomorrow but think I'll probably do some roast potatoes with it rather than another butternut squash!1 -
That's very much the way I make turkey rissoles. They're basically turkey mince, spring onions, couscous and spices. I don't make them into sausage shape though.
Fancy encouraging a clique in the group by giving them their own group. Beggars belief. ☹️1 -
Yes it was alright when she wanted me to do pay!!
Denise, i was assuming you took the cling film off before cooking as you are wrapping in foil?Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
