Brilliant loss klew! Your mixture of SW and calorie counting is definitely working. 👏👏👏 It does help you keep your portion size down and avoid extra calories in snacks

There's nothing worse than having a big meal the day before WI ruby. But fast on and fast off should happen now you're back on plan. 😊

The forecast isn't good denise but hopefully it will be wrong. The last few days have been pretty dry and mild even though they weren't supposed to be. 🤔

Thanks for the JP ideas. Tuna going on the list and maybe I'll try the cheese and pineapple when I next buy a fresh one.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash, banana, skinny syrup (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
L - cold pork (P), fried potatoes (F), fried vegetables and beetroot (S)
D- baked salmon (P), mini roasts (F), spicy cauliflower, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (S)
    Syns - 0

Morning all!  That burger definitely looks banging bubbs.

Has been raining here all night and only just stopped - glad it wasn't doing that yesterday!  DH's gone into the office today so I have some peace and quiet 😆  Woke up at 5 again this morning to get my workout done before the day starts which means I can get all the little jobs done this afternoon that I couldn't do over the weekend.  Had usual ff yogurt with strawberries and granola for breakfast.  Lunch is a tuna salad and then dinner is leftover prawns in oyster sauce from the Chinese we had last week with boiled rice which I'll also add some of our home grown pak choi to as well.

Hope everyone has a good day!

    Morning all,

To be safely into my 4 stone I need to lose around 6 pounds, im trying to be extremely good this week again

My work colleague gave me some celery, courgette and mixed box of lettuce out of the garden – yummy!

I am now coming down with celery so any recipes please forward. I think tonight instead of the lentil soup I will make a batch of celery soup, my favourite!

B – crunchy nut ss milk

L – chicken salad with said leaves

D – SW chilli and rice tonight – absolutely lashing down here so a nice warm bowl feels right!

Spin was brill last night, and I frogmarched superpooch round the town before the class, a brisk 3 miles. I can feel it in the thighs this morning!

That's really achievable klew, I'm sure you'll get there soon.  As for celery, I just chop it up and put it in a freezer bag so I can add a handful to soups, stews etc rather than have it go all floppy in the fridge because I can't eat it fast enough.
