I've tried a couple of the Halo Top ice creams and they're not bad and at 16 syns for the whole tub quite good synwise!

Another nice day today and we're off on our holibobs shortly.  I jumped on the scales this morning and pleased to see it's a lb loss this week so have 1.5lb to play with for my holiday!  I'll have a couple of weeks after we get back before going to WI again so should be OK.

Today will be on plan but not sure after that, LOL!

    B - overnight oats - HEB; P; S
    L - toasted cheese sandwich - HEA2; 10.5!
D - pork steaks, new potatoes, veg

    HEA - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - porridge
    Syns - bread 7; butter 3.5

Not sure whether will have a rum or 2 tonight but will have the syns if I decide too.

    Have a great day everyone.

Not sure how much I'll be online over the next couple of weeks but will try and get on from time to time.

    Good morning

Well the chicken turned into pizza topped chicken which was basically left over roasted baby plum tomatoes smashed on top of a butterflied chicken breast with some red onion, roast courgette and cheese. Had with a BP and some beans. It was actually nice, and satisfying!

Took super pooch on the same walk last night and when we got the to the gate to go through onto the hill he stalled and was like what about this way? Which blatantly was the quickest route home!  Cheeky monkey however I should of listened cos when I got through the gate and into the wooded track, the flies were horrendous! I bet he knew. So he was kinda huffed and was behind me instead of trotting in front, until we got into civilisation again and he took his usual position. Better follow him tonight and see where we end up lol.

Just a spot of weeding this morning no walking.

B – fruit and fibre ss milk

L – tuna pasta salad, 30g today – trial and error here!

D – baked potato cheese beans and pickles

Morning all.  Hope you have a nice trip denise and don't have any more issues with ferries!  Haven't had pizza topped chicken in a while klew, may have to add it to the list of next week.

Went for another run this morning and managed to get to 5k and a PB after a few days of just not getting very far so was surprised with that!  Had a couple of boiled eggs for breakfast with toast and an orange.  Lunch is going to be a tuna salad today and dinner is chicken katsu curry.

Right better crack on with more work, hope you have a good day and weekend.

Hope the journey was OK for denise today. I was in the New Forest this afternoon and the roads were very busy.

Well done on the PB ruby. 😊

I hope your dog takes you on a good route tonight klew.

I've had a busy day. I had an early eye appointment then did my shopping and then dancing in the forest this afternoon. Just having a cuppa then I'll sort dinner before watching the football.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA1 milk
    L- Mushroom omelette (P, S), tomatoes and beetroot (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), garlic mushrooms with HEA cheese, green stuff, tomatoes (S)
    Syns - weekend wine ❤️🍷

Journey was quite long but it was the M25 rather than the M27 or in the forest.  We ended up coming via the A3 rather than the M3!

It's a really quiet site but in the middle of nowhere!  Apparently there's a pub in the village which is about 3/4 mile away where we can also get a bus so may walk down there tomorrow and get the bus into Salisbury as it's somewhere neither DH nor I have been before.

Didn't have a cheese sandwich lunchtime in the end as I had some of the LO gammon still in the fridge so we had that instead.  Originally was going to be garlic mushrooms but changed it to the sandwich knowing we wouldn't get here until at least 2 o'clock which is a bit late to start cooking garlic mushrooms!  They'll keep for another day.

Glad to hear you arrived safely denise. I'm sure you'll like Salisbury. It's market day on a Saturday. Even if you don't go into the cathedral, it's worth walking around the close and there's a small NT house there too and a Wetherspoons next to the river. 😁

I'm not a fan of watermelon bubbs. I find them tasteless compared with Galia and Charentais which are my favourites. But each to his own.

Very odd about your old consultant going off like that. It seems that lots of consultants have given up on SW. Maybe they had a rough deal during lockdowns and other jobs were more attractive.

    🤞for tomorrow. 😊
