I only have a splash of milk in my tea too bubbs. You should be fine with having your HEAs as cheese though. You could have the Laughing Cows as part of your breakfast on the go or use it for garlic mushrooms or lasagne.

I was pleased with the cauliflower cheese we had last night with just 1 syn for cornflour, milk and cheese from HEAs.

I had lentil soup for lunch and 4 portions for the freezer. Same with red cabbage as it wasn't such a monster size as last time.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- lentil soup (P, S}
D- JO pork (P), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - HM gravy 4, weekend wine ❤️🍷

That does look gorgeous but 1/2 a HEA?? You  can do this. It's worth trying what the consultant suggested. It may not work but you have to eliminate possible places that are stopping weightloss.

I know you love your egg wraps but what about having a WW wrap instead. I think you'll be fine with the HEAs during the week with Laughing Cows, They'll slip down. 😁

Oh sorry, I thought that the consultant suggested sticking to the HEXs. Either way it's worth a try, if only to eliminate possible issues. 😊

bubbs I lady at my old group used to love the egg wraps like you and she used to put the egg wrap on top of a WW wrap and then fill and roll it so you could try that which would mean you'd still be full up from the filled egg wrap and also have your HEB.  Another option for your HEB could be some tinned fruit (a full tin of drained fruit cocktail is HEB!) with your ice cream in the evening.  There are quite a few different tinned fruit that are HEB as well.

Have to say I would struggle to use both HEAs if I didn't drink tea as I always use one for that; I only have the 2nd one if we have something that needs cheese during the day either in a salad or as a cheese sauce for something like cauliflower cheese or a lasagne.  Perhaps you could try a proper cheese sauce instead of making the one using whizzed cauliflower.

Holiday is going to be a very soggy one I think - the forecast is for rain at some time every day until next Saturday!  Will have to make sure we go out in the morning on days when it's forecast for the afternoon and vice versa!

Still sticking to plan for food but the syns are mainly for alcohol although I think we've been within syns most days but we'll see when we get home if we've done enough.

Right off to have some breakfast - only Weetabix this morning but we had our usual fry ups over the weekend.

    Good morning ladies,

On the melon debate, I love all melon but my favourite is galia, m&s had fancy kiwis in the other day, absolute taste sensation I will have to have a think on what they are called.

This is controversial but ham cheese and pineapple is nice on a baked potato, especially if you put it back in and kind of grill it. Otherwise my go to is tuna salad or cheese and beans

In other news….. I lost 3 pounds! Thrilled with that, I am off for a week the start of august and would love to get my 4 stone before that so fingers crossed!

    Spinning tonight so ping meal

B – crunchy nut ss milk

L – coronation chicken pasta salad

D – mcintosh corned beef hash and peas

Later in the week il be making some more lentil soup and some chilli for the evenings. Wet and dull here so seems appropriate!

Morning all!  Well done on the loss klew!  I might have to try that topping on a jacket potato, sounds delish!  I usually have just beans and cheese or tuna and cheese because I'm boring 😆

Reporting a half pound on this week but I know that is just down to the massive portion of apple and rhubarb crumble with custard that I had yesterday; we ended up going to see the MiL and she insisted we went to the pub for lunch and also forced me to have a desert 😏  As I said, not too fussed about the gain as I know it will come off this week hopefully.

Got up at 5am to go for a run, felt really good about it, managed to do the entire 5k without stopping, only to realise my watch and phone failed to track it 😒 Worked out that it was probably another PB but lets hope I can replicate it on Wednesday!  Had yogurt, raspberries and granola for breakfast, lunch is going to be some veggie burgers and salad but no idea what we're having for dinner - DH has to make a decision.

Hope everyone has a good day!
