I'll take a look next time I'm in Farmfoods bubbs. It would be good not to have to wait for the offers. 😊
We had sweet and sour last weekend. I like rice and chips too. 😋
Haven't heard back from my consultant yet denise but Thursday is a busy day for her when she does most of her groups. At the moment, it's letting me skip past the message but it can't last. I suppose 6 weeks is better than nothing but I wish they'd consult/announce these things properly.
🤞for tomorrow. 😊0 -
Hope you get a reply soon maman. That message is so annoying especially when you know you don't actually need to go to WI!

I had a quick message from my consultant saying she'd 'add me in the morning'. Presumably she has to put target members in as STS for 8 weeks between WIs. She must have forgotten. It was only a short message. I'll ask her if I'm good for 3 more weeks when the app is sorted.1

Glad that's sorted for you maman. I messaged my consultant yesterday to ask about Image Therapy as wasn't sure whether that part was still Zoom but apparently it's now in person but only 30 minutes so shorter than it used to be. She didn't reply until 6.30ish this morning - glad I don't take my phone to bed with me, although having said that I was up not long after that.
DH has already weighed this morning and having stuck to plan for the whole week he's lost 3lb! I'll be lucky if I get a loss - I don't feel as though I've lost but we'll see.

Morning all,
Menu I think will be a mirror image of yesterday!
B - fruit and fibre ss milk
L – pot noodle or poached eggs, spinach and hams
D – tuna salad bp
Feeling more like myself today but the weather is terrible, had upstairs windows open last night so was woken twice by horrendous rain battering them! wet walk with super pooch tonight!
(gammon steak yesterday for the father and hm mince and tatties tonight - most amusing he has my mother wrapped around his little finger!)

Morning all! Sorry maman, should have thanked you for the LM heads up. We don't have a farmfoods near us bubbs, otherwise I'd probably be in there quite a bit!
Went for a run this morning and it was a little wet but still managed it 👍 Had yogurt and strawberries for breakfast, lunch is going to be beans on toast and then dinner is homity pie with Linda M's sausages which will make DH happy on a grey day like today.
