That's interesting. I never eat milk chocolate but it seems syns are much the same as the 70% dark chocolate I have occasionally. I'd have thought it would be less because of less sweet/sugar. 🤔

Linda McCartney's rosemary and onion sausages are £1.10 in Sainsburys. It's the new half price! I'm down to one sausage so will buy a few packs for the freezer.

I'm surprised by the syns on dark/milk chocolate, like you I'd of expected dark to be lower syn.  I'm another who eats dark rather than milk - I find milk a bit too sweet and I find a square or two of dark satisfies my need for chocolate!

Another machine load on - that should be out on the line by about 6.30 (couldn't sleep this morning and was up at 4.45!  unheard of for me!).

    Today's plan:

    B - boiled eggs; soldiers - HEB; P; 3
    L - pearl barley and vegetable soup - S; F
    D - jerk goat stew; rice n peas - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - Lurpak Softest 3

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning all,

I just love chocolate, when I started slimming world back in august I thought it would be crisps, nope chocolate I craved! Hence the stash of freddos in the fridge. Just enough to satisfy if I fancy it. During the week say Monday to Friday I might have anywhere between 1 and 3, not too bad.

Trying to inspire my energy levels to come back – started on flat pack furniture last night. Quickly realised that way of life is not for me! – friend coming tonight to help me finish off lol. But I got up this morning and did a few jobs before work and I have a big list to crack on with today at work. I will not be beaten by fatigue! Which I swear is jab related.

@joedenise I had Astra Zeneca, I got my first before they changed it to over 40’s only.

    B – fruit and fibre

    L – pot noodle!

    D – bp,tuna salad
