Morning all! Leg is looking a lot better today, so fingers crossed I won't need to make a trip back for more abx! Well done on the cake sale Coxy, I'm sure you'll be ok on your walk - you need the energy before you go!
Had my usual fruit and yogurt breakfast today and then lunch is going to be a salad of just random bits and dinner is the last of the chinese style curry because there was lots of sauce left. 1 litre of water down already this morning and I'm sure there will be lots more consumed over the course of the day!

Glad to hear the ABs are working ruby.😊
Do you grill those skewers bubbs? They look delicious but I'm always concerned whether grilling cooks things properly?
My store cupboard is looking quite thin on the ground at the moment. It's partly because I've limited my shopping trips over time but also there just aren't the bargains about that there used to be. I could do with more tinned pulses to make chilli and my favourite staple...beetroot! 🤣
I'm thinking I may swap the casserole on today's plan for something from the freezer. It's still hot here. 🤔
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
L- veggie omelette (P,S), leaves, tomatoes, beetroot and cornichons (S)
D- chicken casserole (P,F,S)
Syns- cornflour 10 -
Morning all,
I’m basically having the same menu as yesterday, plenty speed and low cals.
My dad has ended up back in hospital has got a bit of an infection, he is ok in himself though.
He is in a hospital an hour away from me and the mother doesn’t drive who is 20 minutes in the opposite direction but she is also an hour away as can go straight down an A road from her house. One person can visit for an hour only. Logistic nightmare. Im suggesting the mother gets a bus to my town and let herself into my house so when I finish work we can whizz straight there. I can walk the dog or something whilst she is visiting. We will see what happens!
B – granola ss milk
L – leaves, cucumber, green pepper, spring onion, sweetcorn, cocktail onions, chicken and a boiled egg
D – lasagne, roasted veg
