At least it wasn't a gain bubbs!  It's really annoying for you.  Haven't got any new ideas you could try other than those which have been suggested in the past.  Did you speak to the consultant about it although she'll probably just tell you to stick to plan properly, ie 5-15 syns per day; 1 HEB; 2 HEAs!  All I can say is just stick with it and eventually it will start to shift again - or maybe it's just where your body wants to be at the moment.  I've found that over lockdown that my body seems much happier at top end of range rather than around my target weight, which is where I'd rather it was.

I know I'm going to go home with a gain from this holiday and not looking forward to trying to shift that weight and suspect I may need to actually stick with it again properly for a while to get back there.

We're going out for an Indian tomorrow lunchtime so will definitely be high syns tomorrow as I'm planning on having butter chicken for my main course; haven't decided on starter or side yet!  Will probably have vegetable rice with it but I know I won't be able to eat it all whatever I choose as couldn't last time we went and that was for an evening meal which is when I tend to eat more!

Shame bubbs. ☹️ I feel your pain. It's infuriating when you try so hard but if you feel thinner you're probably going in the right direction. Keep plodding. 😊

I feel much the same about being at the top end of the target range denise. I seem to have no problem maintaining there but it's really hard to lose that extra 3 lbs. It goes back a couple of years to when I had started getting bloating problems. My GP is still trying to find out why but lockdown has dragged it out. I'm relaxed about it at the moment but as I get closer to WI I'll have to try again perhaps lowering syns for a few weeks.

I'm going to make my usual lasagne recipe but haven't worked out the syns yet. I know it could be syn free with cauliflower or quark but it's what we enjoy.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- veggie stir fry (S) with noodles (F)
    D- lasagne (P, S, F and HEA2) with salad (S)
Syns - sweet chilli sauce 1, weekend wine, white sauce tbc

    Afternoon all 🤗
Still struggling through life! Emotionally drained most of the time plus CFS is a !!!!!!!
Hubby will be off steroids this week so should be able to see the anemia nurse for training to inject himself as seriously anemic. Sleeping every time he sits down 🥺. BP is still VERY high but contacting GP is such hard work via online and you can only do it while surgery is open 😤. He tried 111 website when his BP was 240/110 and it told him he was wrong 😳. Luckily bit lower this morning! He is also feeling cold all the time and it’s roasting here! Need the gel mat the dogs got to keep cool 🤣.
Got burnt yesterday just going outside for class photos! Will be shattered next week as walking to and from UEA sports park for sports day activities 🥴 and again the following week! Also going on my first residential trip beginning of July which includes lots of walking, gonna be dead on my feet 🤣🥴. Oh well helps my BM so hopefully my weight loss as STS this week!
We have had no heating or hot water all week as boiler has been condemned (gas fire was condemned a couple of years ago too). Not so bad with this weather and power shower though just boiling water for washing up. Work supposed to be started next Tuesday but trying to change date to when I’m off as hubby not up to moving furniture for them, failing that will have to tell them we are isolating (COVID) 🤣.
    Enjoy the weather all 🌞
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
    Keep the Faith All

Oh dear, I hope there's no link between Delhi belly and the (so called) Indian variant. 🤔 Are you both well enough for picky tea?

I've got Bolognese in the SC as I used the last from the freezer for the lasagne. It's in the oven now and only syns are 2 tbsps (shared) for cornflour. All the rest is HEAs.😁

Me too. I meant the lasagne was just the syns for cornflour in the white sauce, everything else was HEAs. We just finished dinner and it
was yummy.😋 I only had a tsp of mayo on my salad as I used the gorgeous, caramelly balsamic vinegar I have from my favourite Italian restaurant as a dressing. 😋
