Morning all,
Think the heat is getting to me too, heading to bed at 10pm and pretty much sleeping through to 6 then once I have had a shower, I could easy climb back into bed!
Gentle walk last night, did a brisk mile and a bit myself then met a friend when she finished work and we took the dogs for a swim and around a couple of the fields – knee was ready to stop after that anyway. Hoping Saturday I can get a few more miles in but at a steady pace
B – granola ss milk
L – possibly pot noodle / chicken and sweetcorn soup
D – shredded chicken baked potato veg
Must get some more salady bits in for next week – and ditch the soup
