    Hi everyone,
    Lovely morning here.
Didn't get on over the weekend. Did the food shop with DH on Saturday as he will need to do this whilst I'm away (for 9 weeks!) and then we waited for DS1 and GF to come over for lunch. They arrived at 4pm(!) so had BBQ and they went to a party locally (have moved half hour away) and stayed over. Lots of puppy cuddles too. Went to garden centre yesterday and bought bedding plants, potted them up and then did some housework and chilled. Lovely weekend.
No running this morning as went Saturday and Sunday but only 3.5k each day. Really hot even at 7am.
We are out for dinner tonight as it's our wedding anniversary. DH has booked a local restaurant that we can walk to, so I will be having a drink! Lovely of the country to have a 4 day BH weekend next year for our 25th whoohoo. Will need to start planning :)

    Food today:
    B - croissant - 9 syns
L - ham, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles
    D - out out - syns central !!

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy

Morning all!  Glad you had fun at dancing maman and I'm sure your fitness will return soon.  I'm trying to convince DH to go to the outlet at the weekend so I can pick up some new running shoes but not having much luck 😆  Good to hear you had a good experience back at group bubbs, I'm sure you'll be back at target soon.

Had quite an active weekend; DH decided we were going to go on a 2 hour walk on Saturday and then I had a day of doing lots of jobs round the house while he was out playing cricket yesterday.  Went for a run this morning and now I'm feeling knackered!  Lost 1/2 a pound this week and the clothes are definitely fitting better so pleased about that.

Had the usual ff greek yogurt and fruit for breakfast, lunch is going to be a salad bowl with some of the mexican quinoa (I made another batch at the weekend so it will be making an appearance in lunches again this week), and then for dinner were having japanese style rice bowls with duck and pack choi because we seem to have a glut of pak choi from the garden and I wanted to try something a little different.

Right, off to my first call of the day, hope you're all having a good day!

    Morning all,

Nice but very quiet weekend, dad came home from hospital on Saturday night so he is just chilling at home at the moment. I did their shopping and mine on Saturday… pushing heavy trolley has jerked my knee so very very quiet on the body magic. I have cancelled my spinning tonight and will focus on a gentle walk with the dog and see how I get on. He enjoyed pottering round the house yesterday and the garden. No questions asked why he didn’t get more than a ten minute walk! Class still booked for tomorrow night but will make a decision on that after walk tonight.

( 4 years ago I had a bad fall – fractured my knee, shin, snapped 3 ligaments and broke tib and fib - dislocated at ankle hence when knee complains about something, I listen!)

made the crustless quiche! Looks blooming good I cant wait to eat it! (I sampled a corner last night)

B – fruit and fibre ss milk

L – crustless quiche baked beans

D – homemade mash, roasted carrots, marrowfat peas, broccoli, mashed turnip, two sausages – (leftover from last night)

I put on ¾ of a pound this week, don’t mind had a great bank holiday!

I also quietly felt good about myself – people are going out more and adding pictures to social media and I keep seeing them and thinking, wow you’ve put on weight! Obviously not voicing this but can tell you lot this!

    Happy Wedding Anniversary Cute
Have a great time tonight coxy. 😊

Well done on your loss ruby. I'm sure the exercise if helping to tone you too.

You're right about people putting weight on klew. I noticed that some of my dancing friends were larger than when I last saw them in December. I think you're wise to take it easy with your knee. Glad to hear your dad is home.

Not 100% sure what to do for tonight's supper. DH is out for a meeting late afternoon and not sure what time he'll get back so want something that can stay warm without spoiling. I think I'll do sausage casserole (cowboy style one) and then we'll just have to wait while pasta cooks.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S), HEA milk, HEB toast
L- ham (P), fried veg and beetroot (S), potato (F)
    D- sausage casserole (F,S) with tagliatelle (F)
Syns- Aldi sausages 1, cornflour 1

Well done to everyone keeping on plan. I’ve had a week at dds so gone off plan. She cooks very healthy food but uses a lot of olive oil and seeds in her cooking. I lost 1/2lb by eating exactly what I wanted but not as much snacking as I do at home. So the answer is I do too much grazing. I’m trying to cut it out and just have meals with 1 snack a day. Most of my syns are due to snacking and my meals not often over a couple of syns.....unless it’s fish and chips whilst out. So I’m giving this a try......the fridge and cupboards are too handy when I’m at home all day.
Bubbs the food looks lovely as usual. I’ve just skimmed over the missed posts but your food always stands out 👍
