Morning all!  Snacking used to be my downfall as well milann, especially with being at home more, but I think the novelty has worn off now.  Glad you had a lovely time at DD's.

While I like the nicer weather, it doesn't always agree with me - my body is just swelling up with the heat so I'm limited with what I can wear at the moment which doesn't bode well for going back into the office.  My last place was fully air conditioned whereas my current office was built in the 1970's and hasn't been updated since so might need to make a trip to the shops at the weekend to pick up some loose summer work appropriate clothing!

Went for an early morning walk to get some steps in and came back to my usual ff yogurt, granola and berries for breakfast.  Lunch is going to be a chicken salad using some leftovers from the roast I did at the weekend and dinner tonight is a cod fillet with mixed green veg (peas, green beans, broad beans and broccoli).

Hope everyone has a good day.

Funny you should mention swelling up ruby. My hands and feet have been doing that....doh....I hadn’t connected it to the hot weather. Thought I’d been walking too much and that was causing it 😏
A good day yesterday. Meals virtually syn free bar a little bit of cornflour. I shared a scone for my snack - not sure how many syns but under 15. So all good here 😀

    Morning all,

Myself and the dog had a little jaunt this morning, knee felt good so im going to spin tonight and a another little dog walk.

I was in bed by nine last night, which is unheard of but im knackered! I was watching tv but was nice to relax.

My ankles swell in the hot weather, both are full of metal so put it down to that as I drink loads.

     B – granola ss milk

L – crustless quiche not sure what with yet! maybes more beans

D – all the leftover veggies, marrowfat peas, broccoli, carrots, mash, mashed turnip 1 lonely sausage! Plated up ready to take through to the parents

I don’t really snack now, my danger zone is after dog walk and before dinner!

    Morning everyone (just),

Not long to go for the start of your walk coxy. Do you have a GoFundMe page? 🤔

I bought some cheap tops from M&S for hot weather ruby. I think they'd work casual or with a work skirt/trousers.

Glad you're feeling up to your spin class klew. I'm going dancing tonight. It's the first evening class for over a year so it'll feel strange. I eat heaps of pickles, especially beetroot, which are ideal with quiche.

A bit like bubbs, I prefer larger meals to snacking  milann but it really doesn't matter if you have SW friendly snacks or stay within syns like you did yesterday. If I'm feeling peckish I'll grab a slice of ham from the fridge or a cold new potato or cornichons straight from the jar! 🤣

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), spring onion and pickles (S)
D- baked salmon (P), mini roasts (F), green stuff (broccoli, mange tout, asparagus), spicy cauli, tomato and mushrooms (S)
    Syns- 0

That must be there first syn free day for a while. I try to have some midweek to balance of the weekend wine! 😉

:s I have managed to chip my front tooth filling whilst eating cous cous! Luckily it's not sensitive, but I can't stop touching it with my tongue - grrrr. Earliest emergency appointment is next Tuesday - so upset - I'm falling apart!!
Yes maman we have a VMG page - any contributions much appreciated - we are losing far too many young people:

    Morning all,

Good luck on your adventure @Coxy11 , will you be taking us along for the walk?

@bubbs the food always looks lovely!

Spin went well last night, took it gently, good job I wear separate clothes for dog walk then spin as my mum pointed out I had two different trainers on for said dog walk… how did I not notice?! Did passers-by notice oh golly.

Usually walk with a friend tonight but we have postponed until Sunday, she sets a brisk pace so I don’t want to be doing too much just yet,

B – fruit and fibre ss milk

    L – crustless quiche – salad

D – baked potato tuna salad
