Morning all! Glad I'm not the only one who's been struggling a little bit in the heat. Thanks for the link maman, will check them out when I pop into town on Saturday as they don't have my size in stock - I need some new bras too and was going to book in for a fitting in M&S anyway. Really need to go through my clothes and work out what fits and what doesn't and what's work appropriate and what isn't before July! But had a NSV today that I can get on a jumpsuit that I bought last year and didn't fit so that's one thing I can definitely dress up for work.
Hope your dad's making a good recovery klew and I'm sure no one noticed that you had different shoes on, at least that's what I hope for when I drag myself out for a run in some of the more questionable outfits I have 🙃
Will pop a little donation over soon Coxy - such a good cause and an amazing achievement to shout about when you get there!
2nd run of the week completed this morning and it was a hot one, still I got it done and that's the main thing. Usual breakfast (ff greek yogurt, berries) and then a tuna salad for lunch. Dinner tonight is burgers on the BBQ, which I've been thinking about since the weekend and DH forgot he'd promised to cook me 😆 Lots of salad and pickles and having a brioche bun with mine for once!

Hi everyone, good morning
Thanks for the good wishes/sponsorship for the walk - much appreciated xx I am a bundle of anxiety and excitement. Just hoping we can keep each other going as spending 24/7 with my sister for 60+ days is going to be a challenge lol!
Did a little 3.5km run this morning. Woke up really early and lay in bed contemplating whether or not to go. Did the shorter distance as TOTM dragging feeling is not good when you're running
Went to a neighbours last night - she got her court financial settlement through after ex-H beggered off 2 years ago and left her with 2 youngsters and no money. We had low alcohol fizz which was nice.
Food today:
B - croissant - need to get out of this habit - 9 syns
L - poached eggs, grilled bacon, mushrooms
D - SW pulled pork, coleslaw, sw chips - 5 syns
Snacks - apple, grapes, benefit bar (HEXB)
HEXA - skimmed milk
Total syns - 14
Have a good day everyone,

Hope all goes well with the walk Coxy.I messaged my consultant this morning and told her I’m packing it in. I’ve had the last 2 weeks off whilst we had workmen and were away. I didn’t particularly enjoy sitting in group masked up. So I’m going it alone. I’ve taken a big hit on my wages as I’m not working and can’t justify the money....I’ll be better off going for an extra swim making use of my gym membership.
A good day yesterday with a walk thrown in 😀January spends - £587.582 -
Thanks for the link coxy.😊 Considering you plan to walk when you've been running in training I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine. 😊
Well done on your NSV ruby. It's difficult to sort out clothes at the moment as there are some I've not worn because there's nowhere to wear them to!! I should have been going on holiday next Monday.😢😢😢 I have a whole box of sunshine holiday clothes that I haven't worn for almost two years.
Glad to hear you managed with the spin class klew. I thoroughly enjoyed my dancing last night. It was great to see people as well as the fun and exercise.
You'll be fine going it alone milann. You know the plan and just ask if you want any syn values or anything else you need looking up. You should have access to the website for 8 weeks since you last paid. If I were you I'd come up with a plan like keeping a food diary and a fixed WI day. A meal plan is a good idea too, not just because it's SW friendly but it saves money too as you don't waste food and only buy what you need. 😊
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
L- veggie omelette (P,S) with pickles (S)
D- Austrian ham hash (P,S,F) with veg (S)

That's a shame beanie. When I bought mine, a few weeks back, they had loads of pink but had to search high and low for the grey and white that I wanted. I'm lucky to have a big M&S a few miles away.
That was mean bubbs. I saw your pudding when I got back from dancing and, after an early dinner, I was starving. ☹️
