Thanks bubbs. That'll save me a trip to Lidl. The branded version is a silly price so I never buy that.
It's hot here too but we'll still have a roast later. I need to get organised around the football. 🤔

Morning all! Hope things start getting easier TIE, thinking of you. Hope you and DH feel better soon bubbs. Hope your bites are better Coxy - lots of tropical strength insect repellent will probably help on your walk.
Well I ended up going to the minor injuries unit on Friday evening because my leg was not happy - did phone my GP first in the hope I might have been able to see them but no chance. Turns out it's a horse fly bite and was starting to form an abscess 🙄 so they gave me some IV antibiotics and then packed me off with some high strength ones for the rest of the week. Had a weekend with my feet up and then went for a short walk this morning just to get some steps in. Now sitting in bed with the laptop so I can keep my leg up. Weighed in this morning and maintained which I'm still quite happy with as I'm still going down overall. Had usual yogurt, granola and fruit breakfast, then lunch is going to be some leftover sausages from a BBQ yesterday with salad and then dinner is going to be chinese style chicken curry with lots of mushrooms and beansprouts. Have loads of the curry sauce in the freezer so will probably have leftovers for tomorrow too.

Good morning all,
@bubbs do you have a lot to lose to get to target? Maybe portion control if not looking into calories?
The ¾ of a pound I put on last week was lost this week and another 1 ½ off so that was nice. Cant log this on slimming world app anymore so using myfitnesspal who kindly informed me I’m doing well I have lost over 50 pounds now. Happy days.
Unhappy days my summer trousers are too big. I liked them!
On the menu this week lots of salads. Ditching the soup!
B - fruit and fibre ss milk
L – mixed leaves, celery, cucumber, green pepper, spring onion, sweetcorn, boiled egg, pickled onion, shredded chicken
D – homemade lasagne using a sw Bolognese sauce as base, works out at 220 cals per portion, serving with roast courgette, tomatoes and red onion. Plenty speed!

Hi everyone,
Sorry, busy weekend. Saw Mum on Saturday and we went for lunch. I had the chicken skewers with a large mixed salad, and also a v.small piece of bread and butter pudding for dessert. I was driving so had elderflower fizzy water. We didn't eat in the evening. Yesterday I did the cake sale (made £141 yay!) and we had planned a bbq for the evening, but it ended up just DH and myself as DS2 had work, DD went to her halls to clear her room, and DS1 didn't come round as planned. We had a burger in a bun each plus some salad.
Today is very hot again and I'm anxious about the walk/being away, so have eaten a lot of carp. I won't bore you with the details of that! I have however drunk 4 glasses of NAS squash so far, so some things are going okay.
Dinner tonight is the bbq, with salad and coleslaw. I will probably just have some chicken and a piece of marinated pork.
Well done to the STS'er and losers - that is fantastic.
Sorry to hear about the ABs ruby - my bite has now calmed down but have had to have ABs before. Little b*ggers love me, I'm obviously very succulent. Hope you're on the mend soon x

Thanks for all your comments, but i chose SW as no calorie counting, weighing or measuring apart from hexa, it is not like i eat a tonne of pasta /potatoes or rice , so if i cut down i will be cutting down on speed. Maybe i sound like a negative nelly but am just fed up and will continue plodding and while i am away if i want something i will have it
Today i had 3 boiled eggs for breakfast, lunch i had watermelon and 2 satsuma (had a busy day) tea i have just had skewers, salad, 1 baby bel light (part hexa) and soft pitta (hexb)Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:1 -
