I'm sure you could fit in the company shop with a nice trip to Edinburgh. If bubbs can do Asda and B&M, I'm sure you'll find things to do in Edinburgh. I know I would. 😁❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Unfortunatly I don't have the mobility these days to combine things.

beanie as membership is Free might it be worth joining and just go and have a look.  If it's not for you or it's too difficult for you then nothing lost.  Perhaps it might be worth contacting them to see whether they have scooters available in store?  I know some SMs do so might be an option as you're unable to load your scooter yourself.

Weather not looking too bad at the moment but forecast to rain later but I'm going to do some washing and get it out on the line and hope it stays dry for long enough to get it dry!

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats - P; S; F
    L - Ham salad - P; S; F
    D - goat tagine, herby couscous - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
    Syns - none planned

    Have a good day everyone.

    Hi everyone,

Didn't manage to get on yesterday. Had a poor day syn-wise although meals were good. Had the Tuscan chicken for dinner and enjoyed by everyone, so that's another to add to the meal plan, thanks klew.
Was awake at 5.30am and lay in bed for a while thinking "I should really get up and go for a run" so off I toddled at 6am. Did 5k in my best time yet of 30:25. Thinking about it now I can't really remember some of the route as I was probably still half asleep lol.

    Food today will be:
B - half melon, cheese on WM toast - HEXA1/HEXB
L - chicken satay sticks, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - 3 syns
D - SW Szechuan pork with noodles
    Snacks - strawberries, apple
    Syns planned - 3
    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy
