Morning everyone!  Glad you got to go out yesterday denise, the weather here was very hit and miss all day.  Supposed to be going to a friend's for a BBQ on Sunday but not looking good with the weather!  Well done on the PB Coxy!

Felt absolutely exhausted yesterday afternoon, I even had to log off from work early and have a nap.  I didn't sleep too well the night before and think that I may have overdone it a little on my run in the morning.  Felt better for the nap and an orange and then got an early night.  Woke up feeling a lot better this morning which is good as I have to "attend" 2 conferences for work today.  Also feeling a little excited as we're going to visit a travel agent this evening to talk about possibly booking a trip back to Florida for next year.  Had my usual ff greek yogurt with granola =, strawberries and blueberries for breakfast, lunch is going to be a small jacket potato with leftover chilli and then dinner is kimchi fried rice which will use up some of the vegetables that have been lingering in the salad drawer (courgette, carrot, aubergine and mushrooms).

Hope everyone has a good day!

Well done Coxy on your PB - your times are really good now.

Glad you felt better after your nap ruby.  Hope you are feeling better today.

Enjoy your Italian tonight klew.  There are a few things you could have which would be SW friendly, you just need to avoid the creamy sauces!  A minestrone is a good starter as it fills you up quite well so you don't need as much of the main course!

I forgot to weigh this morning so will have to do it tomorrow morning so need to keep syn free today as used almost all my syns up last week.  Still at least it means I'll already be on my new WI day!

Manged to get 2 machine loads out onto the line by about 9 o'clock this morning and have to say it's blowing well and looks to be almost dry so if it does rain I'll just rush out and get it in and finish it off on the airer but hopefully that won't be necessary.

I’ve had a good couple of days except for a piece of cheesecake yesterday......I’d gone for a swim and called in for a cuppa at the restaurant there. I’d treated myself to an omelette then heard myself asking for cheesecake. It was lovely though but far too many syns. I shouldn’t be too many over, over the week though.Weigh in and group tomorrow- 1 st in well over a year....

Change of plan for lunch again!  Forgot I'd got some big mushrooms in the fridge so having those stuffed with herby couscous, chopped tomatoes & spring onions, topped with cottage cheese and baked.

Do you use a burger press bubbs?  Looks like you do!  What do you use to separate them?  I used to have a press but it's disappeared and no idea where it's gone!  It probably got put out in one of the charity bags when we had the kitchen done a couple of years ago as hadn't used it for a while!

We're waiting for a slicer to arrive from Amazon - it'll probably arrive just as we sit down for dinner!  That's what happened last time I ordered something.  DH smoked some bacon yesterday and because it's dry cured it's quite hard to cut so decided an electric slicer would be a good idea.  Really hope it works properly otherwise it can go back!

If it works well then I'll probably get a decent sized gammon joint and then cook it and slice it for sandwiches and freeze in portions but won't do that until later in the year as really hoping to replace my freezer so trying to run it down over the summer.

I won't post my menu today as have been out for lunch. 😉

Good news is that I went to WI today and I'm back in target range! 😁

I only lost 1lb since December which was a bit disappointing and I'm at the top of range but that's not what matters. I have 8 weeks before I have to weigh again and can enjoy a few off plan meals out without worrying. It was interesting going to group again. I didn't stay long as it was busy with lots of newcomers so it was going to take a while before she started Image Therapy and I didn't have time to wait.  Some people were (almost literally) rolling in! I overheard one woman saying she'd gained 4 stone over the lockdowns!

Lunch out again tomorrow then back on plan until the next time! 🤣
