Sorry beanie don't really know much about bunions. I do go to podiatrist regularly and had orthosoles to help with sore metatarsals from dancing . Maybe some sort of support could help take pressure off. Do you see a podiatrist? 🤔1

I'm really looking forward to eating out. It's our golden wedding anniversary in a couple of weeks when we're away in the New Forest so hoping to find somewhere to eat out but we'll we celebrating in the van anyway! We definitely won't be eating in the restaurant shown on the programme last night - definitely not good VFM as far as I'm concerned! £50 for 4 small plates of food without wine, no way!

Another fish and chip supper on the cards denise.?? 🤔😉 I agree about the restaurants although I did love the pannage pigs. I've been to the pub they visited. It's tiny with a very limited menu, few other choices but ploughman's. Although I did notice a marquee in the picture so maybe they have expanded.1

Beanie can’t you see a podiatrist on NHS. I do for inserts in my shoes but it may be different where you are.January spends - £587.581

Your GP should certainly be able to give you advice beanie. What a pity you have to pay for physio where you are. I've never needed long term treatment but when I had a frozen shoulder once I saw a NHS physio. It's tough. ☹️1

Morning all,
Cant help with bunions but I have had a friend who had hers removed? No problems now.
B – fruit and fibre milk
L – same as yesterday cous cous and salad leftovers
D – something with mince, I fancy maybe mince and tatties – il have a think!
Friend who fell is fine apart from a corking bruise on her knee and a bit achy.

Sorry can't help with bunions Beanie.
Definitely won't be fish and chips again maman; may well have a ploughman's though as not had one at a pub for years and I do enjoy them. I do them at home but it's not the same!
Doesn't feel quite as cold this morning thankfully. Need to go shopping again as need to get a few bits, including cottage cheese which I ended up using this morning in our stuffed mushrooms, which were really tasty. Definitely need to put that on the menu plan more often as it means I don't need to use my HEB in the morning which gives a bit more choice for lunch.
I weighed again this morning and it's STS so I'm pleased with that as probably went over syns last night even though I'd been good all the week! Why do I sabotage myself on a Wednesday night? I'm going to text my consultant as I've worked out when I'm going to do this over the next few months so that my holdays/short breaks don't cause a problem!
Today's plan:
B - stuffed mushrooms - P; S
L - beans on toast with grated cheese - part HEA2; HEB; F
D - spanakopita, new potatoes, mixed veg - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese; Primula Light?
HEB - bread
Syns - need to work out how many syns for the filo as think I'll probably use more than the recipe says but will be within syns
Have just realised that's a Green day so could have some Ryvita & Primula Light this evening if I'm peckish to use the rest of my HEA2.
