    Just scunnered. Still no car................
    How are you?
I'm OK as far as SW is concerned but heartily fed up with lockdown. Roll on your car coming back. It'll be good for you to get out and about. 😊

I looked at the ham when I was in Farmfoods but it was nothing special. I think you have to be lucky to get good pieces. Hope you have a hot dinner with all that snow. Brrr! 🌨️

Funnily enough  I had ham for tea too.
I did it in the slow cooker & it was lush.

Maman, i got 2 good packs  I had fry up for tea. I had ordered a hello fresh pack as someone gave me a code, 2 got 3 meals for 4 (supposedly 🤣) for just £3 delivery 😁 and was going to have one of them, but when the email came said it would be delivered between 5-7pm! so had to think what we could have. It eventually arrived at 7.35!!

Tea didn’t go to plan - ended up with a takeaway we had a bogof voucher. Shouldn’t be too bad though - meat salad and pitta. Haven’t had any other syns though 👍

    Morning all,

Woke up and its freezing again, walk wasn’t as long as intended as friend took a tumble on some roots, I think she will be sore today but I have tried telling her to tie her hair back when its windy and im sure that was the reason for her hitting the deck.

Made a quick packet cous cous this morning to mix things up with my salad. Not the biggest fan of it but if I don’t enjoy it I wont mind getting rid of it!

    B – fruit and fibre

L – chicken, cous cous, cucumber, spring onion, celery, boiled egg and sweetcorn.

D – sticky chicken, mushroom, pepper, onion and rice

Longer walk tonight with another friend who is definitely the fitter of the two of us so I like to challenge myself to try and keep up with her on the inclines!

Morning all, absolutely freezing again but lovely and sunny.  DH has decided not to go to play golf after all - was actually looking forward to a morning on my own!  Washing in the machine so will hang out shortly as there is a bit of wind but not too much but should dry nicely.

klew couscous is much nicer if it's made with some stock and loads of herbs, fresh are lovely if you've got them but dried are fine.  I usually make sure I put plenty of mint in to perk up the flavour.  I love couscous particularly when I make a tagine and if there are LOs then that'll form the basis of lunch next day - but that doesn't happen often.

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
    L - HM onion soup (from freezer) - S; F
    D - toad in the hole; mash; green veg - P; S; F; 6.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - sausages 2; flour 4.5

    Good morning,

milann - hope you get your heating sorted out soon brrr!
klew - hope your friend is okay.

I did a 3k run this morning - wanted to do 5k but phone failed to charge overnight (has been doing this a lot lately), so what with the music app and running app, I couldn't go out for long. Light frost on the cars at 7am and eyes streaming, but felt good to be out. Will walk puppy at lunchtime.

    Food today will be:
B - LM sausages, beans, egg, tomato, mushrooms
L - ham, cottage cheese, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles
D - salmon, jacket potato, broccoli, green beans, tbsp LTL mayo - 2 syns
    HEXB - benefit bar
    HEXA1 - milk
    HEXA2 - mini babybel light

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy
