    Thanks bubbs.

I think it's only a "good" loss since Thursday due to water retention if I'm honest Coxy I'm a very slow loser normally - just half a lb most weeks getting to target with the occasional lb loss.

I think we just have to accept that when we eat anywhere other than at home then there will be syns involved, unless the person doing the cooking understands how SW works - most don't if they haven't done it themselves.  That's not too bad synwise today Coxy considering you're having a hot cross bun for breakfast!  I've been very good when DH has bought them over the last couple of weeks and let him eat them all, LOL!

Coxy, his foot is black 😱

Judgement on me for laughing last night, i had kept it in all day but it just came out last night 🤣 I fell over in the shower of all places this morning!! Well i slipped as it's a cubicle it's easier to clean before you have a shower, and bang down i went!! But i got stuck 😂because of my knee and foot i couldn't get up 🙄 so i had to sort of hotch over onto my good leg and get up like that , think i have pulled my back in the process.

    I won't laugh again!

Happy Easter everyone.😊 No eggs here either but I did fancy some chocolate last night so that was 7 syns.

So that's both of you in the wars bubbs. What a pair! 🤣 Seriously though, I hope you both feel right soon.

I think we probably go up and down in weight during any week denise. I'm glad I don't have scales otherwise I'd be checking constantly and my mood would go up and down with the weight. It's a good feeling when you see a loss though.

We're having our Easter/Christmas dinner later. I've got a turkey crown and  I even bought sprouts for DH. I'm going to do all 6 sausages for the pigs in blankets. They're only half a syn each (Aldi skinny sausages) so any that we don't eat for dinner I'll snack on.

Probably a JP for lunch but have to listen to football now so will post menu later. 😊

I'd definitely contact her bubbs. I'd just ask her to check why you can't access the app when you gave your weight on ? date. Say you thought you didn't need to weigh every week as a target member.

Football was very nerve racking but we managed a win in the end. I hate lunchtime kick off. I have to wait until wine o'clock to celebrate! 🤣

Dinner all prepped. The turkey is cooked and resting. I portioned up the red cabbage and got 22 {11 x 2) servings from it plus 8 portions of swede and carrot mash. Freezers are very full now so really shouldn't buy anything else for a while but bargains are hard to resist.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
    L- JP (F), veggie chilli (P, S), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
D- turkey, bacon (P), sausage, SW roast potatoes, parsnips (F), lots of vegetables (S)
Syns - gravy 4, pigs in blankets 0.5 each, weekend wine 😋

I was wondering if you could look into my account? As i mentioned on zoom it was asking for card number and pin, but as i put it in was saying that used already exists, yes i do, that's me!

Today i went to use the app and i have been kicked off? Won't let me add the details.

I have weighed, i have attended zoom twice within the last 8 weeks

Thanks, look forward to hearing from you

I had to do the same bubbs when I text the consultant last time - it turned out she'd forgotten to input my weight but once she did that it was sorted and I had access to app and website again without problem.  I don't even do Zoom!  Hope your consultant sorts you out quickly.

I usually only weigh once a week but when I've not stuck to plan as much as usual (like this week) then I'll weigh either Sunday or Monday to see how my weight is going and whether I need to cut back!  If I've been OK with syns then it's just on Thursdays.

I'm trying to work out when I should weigh over the next few months because of going away in the motorhome!  We've got several holidays and short breaks booked (none have been paid for yet, although a couple have had to pay deposit but will be able to change dates if need to).  Obviously I don't want to be weighing after a week away where I won't be sticking to plan properly and probably drinking more than I do at home!

Hopefully she will sort it, but she never messaged me regarding where everyone is posting now!
I remember you saying you was going away, when is the first one?

Hopefully you'll consultant will sort things out for you and you'll get access again soon.  Have to admit mine didn't bother letting me know she'd sorted it!  I only found out when I went back on the website and logged on!

As for getting away - as soon as we're allowed - 12 April!  Going to the New Forest for a week.  Back for a few days then away for a long weekend.  Away the following weekend which takes us into May.  Home then until end of month and then away for 3 weeks in June.  Away again for about 10 days beginning of July.  Not sure what's happening after that yet!  Although we're currently booked for France for September but the way things are going at the moment over there don't think that's likely to happen but we'll have to wait and see.  This all assumes of course that the announcement tomorrow says we're allowed!

So as you can see it's getting awkward to work out when would be the best times to WI and text consultant!
