Just realised we haven't heard from ruby all week. I hope she's OK as she was feeling rough when she last posted. 🤔1

I've looks in Morries, Mr Ts, Food Warehouse and Lidl's over the last couple of weeks but not had any in stock. I'll get some eventually maman! Will make do with what I've frozen for the time being.
Pud looked good bubbs.
Was thinking about ruby recently - been a while since she posted; same as sary - been a few days since she posted too. Hope they're both OK. Maybe life has just got in the way as it does for all of us from time to time.

Hi everyone,
Lovely and sunny here today so have the bedding in the WM and will hang out on the whirly shortly. I did a 5k run this morning and sneaked in under 33 minutes, so I'm happy with that.
Weighed in this morning with a 0.5lb loss. Slow progress but still two weeks until Easter and I have 2 lb to lose to get to the next stone marker which will be a huge boost for me.
Food today:
B - fresh pineapple spears, WM toast, 2 tsp jam - HEXB, 1 syn
L - tuna pasta salad, 1 tbsp light mayo - 2 syns
D - slimwell curry - 1 syn
Snacks - satsuma, apple, grapes
Syns - 4 plus will have a rum and pepsi max later so 6.5 total planned
Have a good day all,

Another half pound off coxy. Well done! 😁 And if you were doing those Body Magic Awards I'm sure you'd have Gold by now. 👏🏼
It's dry and bright here too and quite warm. Much better for lifting the mood even if I'm not doing anything special. I refreshed my freezer inventory yesterday and noticed I have some very small portions of mince in there (200g). I'm going to make some chilli and add that as well as the extra beans. I usually make it veggie but it'll make a change to add a little bit of meat. I want to do some beef stew too for lunches and some swede & carrot mash. I'll do some cooking this afternoon and some tomorrow as no plans to go anywhere! 🤣
