I bought some of the Asda wholemeal rolls last week and they are really good and already split so no more wonky cutting in "half" to put in the filling! Think they were 75p for 6 rolls which is much cheaper than the M&S ones I used to buy!

I went to Asda earlier as I was on my last tube of Primula. We really enjoy the creamy cabbage and garlic mushrooms so didn't want to run out. It's £1 there at the moment so stocked up. I got some YS diced lamb and pork so that'll make some different meals. Also various bits of veg very cheap so will cut down this week's shop. 😊0 -

Morning all, a bit grey and windy again and also forecast to rain later so washing will have to wait. Will probably do it at the weekend as it's forecast to rain again tomorrow. Need to go shopping this morning as run out of fruit again and haven't got much veg either, other than frozen - 1/2 cabbage; 1 cabbage, 1 leek, some celery (so won't need any more!); 1/2 pepper and about 4 small mushrooms - definitely not enough for ext week!
Weighed this morning and pleased to say it was lb off so decided to text consultant this week rather than waiting until next week which is what I'd originally planned. Gives me a few weeks after my birthday to worry about losing anything I put on with whatever my birthday treat is!
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - P; S; F
L - paella with prawns, scallops and chicken - P; S; F (may add some chorizo too if I can get some when I go shopping!)
D - bacon chop, chips, eggs, beans - P; F
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - chorizo 3.5? couple of rum & ginger beer 5
Have a good day everyone.1 -
