I know what you mean about funny old week 😱 how i have stayed on plan the last 10 days i don't know, it could so easily have gone VERY wrong but i have and that's the main thing !Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Well done milann, a good loss which included Mother's Day (although it makes no difference to me as my girls know not to buy me anything, particularly chocolates, sweets etc! Obviously this year was different because we couldn't actually see them, normally they'd come over and we'd usually have a meal together which DD2 usually cooks (even though I pay for the ingredients!). It's a nice treat being cooked for and DD2 is a good cook (DD1 isn't very good because she doesn't enjoy it so her signature dish is pasta with cheese, LOL!).
Bit grey here again but it was quite bright earlier so maybe it'll brighten up again later (hopefully!) as it always Maes me feel better, particularly if it's warm enough to sit out in the garden.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - jacket potato, beans, salad - S; F (bit of a bean overload but never mind)
D - JO low roasted pork shoulder, roast potatoes, roasted veg, green veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - none planned but maybe a couple of Ryvita later with some Primula Light (HEA2/HEB)
Syns - sausages 2; maybe a couple of G&Ts
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning everyone,
Well done on the loss milann and think I forgot to also congratulate denise on her 1lb loss earlier in the week, sorry.
Dinner last night was tasty and really filling. Lots of the family's portion left (made with regular pork sausages) as DS1 got a takeaway. The leftovers will do the family for lunch today.
I am meeting a friend for a socially distanced walk this morning. Will probably do my usual 5k running route with her. Will then tackle the ironing pile.... I also have some life admin to do as I'm planning to walk from John O'Groats to Lands End this summer with my sister. I'd planned the route for us to go last year, but obviously couldn't go due to Covid. Since then we've amended the route slightly so I need get on and look for campsites and BnBs we can forward book.
Food today:
B - Welsh rarebit - HEXB, HEXA1, S
L - tuna pasta salad - 2 syns for tbsp light mayo
D - roast pork, sw potatoes, sprouts, carrots, brocolli - S
HEXA2 - milk
Syns - 2 plus will have a small glass of white wine with dinner 5 - so total of 7 for today
Looking forward to LoD returning this evening. There's a handy recap on the BBC website as it's not been on TV for a while!
Have a good day all,

coxy - if you want to book campsites you'd better get cracking they are getting booked up really quickly. I assume you're tent campers? If so it might be worth joining the Camping and Caravanning Club so that you can have the use of small 5 van sites (Certificated Locations - CLs); wouldn't cost too much between the 2 of you but would give you access to some fairly cheap campsites (around £10-£15 on average) so could actually save you money in the long run.
What do you have with your Welsh rarebit for Speed? I can never think of anything to have with it!

Well done milann. It's great to get a loss. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
How are you doing MrsBB?🤔
That's some walk you've got planned coxy. When do you set off? It's definitely worth losing weight so you'll literally be lighter on your feet. 😊
I've got beef stew for lunch and one for the freezer, only a tiny bit of meat in it just for flavour. It's not like a casserole or a thick soup but traditional cawl, basically a thin broth with loads of root vegetables.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F) fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- beef stew (P,S,F)
D- beef in 'red wine' (P,S), SW roast potatoes (F), many veg (S)
Syns- cornflour 1, weekend wine😋0
