Well done coxy.  I think maman is right you would have earned your Gold body magic award by now!

bubbs You're right their prices aren't bad at all for a lot of things.  I always look to see if they've got any YS stuff in the fish cabinet as they often do some really good reductions but I don't get there very often.

Enjoy your cooking sessions this afternoon and tomorrow maman; and your weekend wine!  We're leaving the wine alone today as opened a couple of bottles last night so will need to pull back over the rest of the week so will probably stick with rum or gin!

The creamy garlic mushrooms on toast were really nice, even DH said he enjoyed them and he's not keen on them usually - think it was probably because they were much more garlicy than usual as had 3 large cloves in them.  Right, just about to have an apple to finish off.

Thanks for the heads up bubbs. I'll go to Farmfoods and see if the tomatoes are on offer here too.

I think M&S must be trying to keep their prices reasonable, a bit like Sainsburys matching some of the Aldi prices. People are voting with their feet.

I did a sw zoom this morning instead of tomorrow. It was a good laugh. I might do Friday from now on. My weigh day is tomorrow though so I don’t know how I’ve done. I’m not too worried about the number as I’ve had some emotionally challenging weeks but finally feel as if I’m turning a corner and I haven’t given up - I’ll take that as my NSV 😁
The prices at M& S surprised me.....I like there things but always presume it’s expensive.

breakfast - bacon, tomatoes, Philadelphia 2 syns heb bread
dinner - hard boiled egg, ham, cucumber and tomato 3 babybel light hea
Tea - fish pie 1 syn, asparagus and peas
snacks - satsuma, apple maybe a kitkat 5 syns later

    January spends - £587.58

  • Hi. I wonder if I can join your thread please?  I've previously done SW and lost an incredible 5 stone with a group.  Sadly, I've gained 3 stone since January 2020.  I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis and andometriosis (sp) as well as PCOS. I suffer with comfort eating due to being in pain, anxiety and insomnia.  I want to get back on track but I don't want to attend meetings anymore.  I have fallen out of love with myself and can see me heading back to my dark days of insecurities and body image.  Sorry if this is too much information.  My plan is to try and lose 40lbs.  I just want to find my mojo again and start enjoying life again xx
