Hi all. So sorry to hear about your OH nmm. Hopefully more information from the MRI will help form a treatment plan. Both you and Debrak must have better eyes than myself. I’ve not progressed from Aida yet!Coxy I can’t wait to start stitching PL Dublin.Finished card and gave it, in person, to DS. First time I’ve seen him since March, still no hugs but so good to see him. Visited Plantation Gardens in Norwich. See photos below. Now onto FIL’s card before Monday. MIL admitted to hospital again via ambulance. She’s going to be in for at least 5 days. More of a challenge to support once we’re back in work next week. We were allowed to clear the space on the driveway between the trailer and the garage under close supervision! One trailer load to recycling centre!‘One of our greatest freedoms is how we react to things’ said Mole.Cross stitch cafe TaDa Enjoy the Little Things, WIP Love cats, ‘A Year in the Life of’ HSC July-December and The Seasons graphic sampler. Hi everyone,
nmm - have PM'd you but echo others messages on here. Take care xx
Great that you got to see your DS Charly and what beautiful photos. I count my lucky stars that my 3 children are all still at home and in my bubble. Must be really hard not to be able to hug each other
The thread from DMum arrived yesterday, so I've filled in the Pompidou Centre and finished the base of the Eiffel Tower. Next will be l'Arc de Triomphe. Given the TV scheduling is dominated by the royal news today (RIP HRH Prince Philip), and DH is out with a friend later, I will be sewing tonight.
Shouted up to DD and DS2 about Prince Philip and DS2 thought I said Bruce Willis - made me laugh!
Have a good evening everyone,
Coxy xx

Sad sad news indeed nmm. Heart goes out to the Queen, and her family. I can’t imagine how bereft she will feel.
Just popped in for a quick update. FIL card finished & back on the sampler. I like stitching the hearts, not so keen on the horseshoes and the lettering is a bit flowery for me! But stitching up nice and quick when I’m on it!!!‘One of our greatest freedoms is how we react to things’ said Mole.Cross stitch cafe TaDa Enjoy the Little Things, WIP Love cats, ‘A Year in the Life of’ HSC July-December and The Seasons graphic sampler. Hi everyone,
Love the birthday card for your FIL Charly and well done on the wedding sampler. It's coming on a treat. My next project is HSC reindeer sampler for Christmas. Might be able to start before my walk and complete it when I get back
I have been motoring on with PL Paris as DH spent Sunday at DS1s painting. Once I'd done the housework I was able to sit down and crack on whilst listening to a podcast or two. Did some more last night and can see the end in sight. Have completed L'arc de Triomphe so last bits are the hot air balloon, some trees and to fill in the bridge with peach - have done the arches. Photo to follow.
Have a good day everyone - bright and sunny here but a bit nippy!

Thanks for kind comments re FIL card. PL Paris nearly there. The tour Eiffel is great, bet that was fun to stitch.
I’ve stitched more on the sampler and will post a photo later on this week. Have stitched ‘kiss’ and ‘I do’. It’s quite enjoyable as lots of the motifs are repeated, like the blasted horseshoes which increase in number on each line!Sun shining here.‘One of our greatest freedoms is how we react to things’ said Mole.Cross stitch cafe TaDa Enjoy the Little Things, WIP Love cats, ‘A Year in the Life of’ HSC July-December and The Seasons graphic sampler. Morning everyone,
Lovely sunny morning here in Kent. I have a food shop delivery coming this morning as DH will be taking the car to DS1s to continue painting. We went on Wednesday and Thursday evenings to paint the lounge, so hopefully that's one room nearly finished.
On Tuesday evening I finished filling in the bridge and finished the trees on PL Paris, so just the hot air balloon to go now. Will do that today and hope to post a ta-dah photo tonight/tomorrow depending on what time I finish. No BABS thank the lord.
Just housework and washing to do today. DS2 (17) is in desperate need of a haircut but barbers are only taking booked clients and he hasn't sorted himself out over the two week Easter holiday. Will be in need of 'product' to tame it into some kind of style if he can't get it cut this weekend!
Glad you're enjoying the wedding sampler Charly - seeing as you will be stitching it twice
Hope all okay nmm - thinking of you and OH.
Have a good day everyone,
Coxy xx
