Lovely finishes charly. Test done and yes he said it was painful he could feel the needle moving around, he has sore stiff pain down his leg but should be fine in a few daysCross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:1

Coxy hope you get some time to stitch this weekend and looking forward to PLP updates. Hope OH is feeling less tender nmn.Finished the butterfly. Bit of artistic licence taken and I cheekily stitched during zoom training on Friday as I was off video, wasn’t hosting and wasn’t leading. It was more relaxing actually as it gave my eyes a rest from the screen. She is my rainbow 🌈 child, 24 years old today, gardener and firefighter. Drove 45 minutes to drop it off with a special gardening knife she asked for. Good to see her though.‘One of our greatest freedoms is how we react to things’ said Mole.Cross stitch cafe TaDa Enjoy the Little Things, WIP Love cats, ‘A Year in the Life of’ HSC July-December and The Seasons graphic sampler. Hi everyone,
Lovely finishes Charly and nmm. The butterfly is gorgeous. I too have a rainbow child - DS2 - he's such a joy, funny and kind. Your daughter sounds like a hero to me.
I had an unexpected text from the GP yesterday at 4.30pm asking me to book my jab. I'm 51 so didn't expect to get the call for a few weeks. I went on the link and they had appointments for 4.50pm yesterday, so I grabbed my chance and rushed down there. Hardly felt a thing but was awake at 5am with raging sweats and now have headache/flu-like symptoms which is to be expected. Will take some paracetamol and get on with it! So glad to get the jab now as hopefully 2nd dose will be mid-June just in time for me to head off on my walk.
In stitching news - I will post a photo shortly from my phone. Not a lot of progress still. Must try harder to finish work on time!
nmm - hope OH is doing okay.
Have a good day all,

PLP looking amazing Coxy. I so love the colours. Hope all is well with OH nmm. Finally taking some annual leave from today. I am on my knees, work has been relentless for a fortnight. Had my jab last Friday and felt rough until Monday. Like you Coxy, took paracetamol until I felt better. Here’s update on the sampler, a bit creased as I need to move it within the frame a lot.‘One of our greatest freedoms is how we react to things’ said Mole.Cross stitch cafe TaDa Enjoy the Little Things, WIP Love cats, ‘A Year in the Life of’ HSC July-December and The Seasons graphic sampler. Lovely progress coxy and charly, still no results from bone marrow, waiting is the most annoying part. Managed some of The Junction, nearly completed page 1 of 4, which is the largest page.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:1
