Wow so much going on. I was eating for Christmas into January so decided to wait to end of the month to report and static no change which is OK but. Motivated to eat healthier. And will be reporting probably weekly or fortnightly!9

Today I am trying to make up for Friday and yesterdays sins. So started with a solid doggy and ds walk around park in sunshine. Hoping to add a run later. For breakfast i had a porridge w half oats and half musli with half water and half milk :-). Am contemplating baked beans for lunch, not sure about dinner but will include a fair amount of salad.
