Morning All,
Need2bthrifty Snap on yesterday's dinner. Despite the fact that neither of us have the slightest hint of Scottish ancestry IzHe and I always have haggis for 25th Jan.
Brambling Sorry that bread's been making you feel ucky and thank you for womaning us wayward lot even when you're finding it hard yourself.
Smiley87 That's a very impressive loss, being busy is obviously working for you.
Frith That's a long walk, especially with how cold it was yesterday. I've often considered trying lasagne with courgette instead of pasta but then my love of carbs takes over and I change my mind.
Ditty Well done on the loss and switching to a smaller bowl's a great idea. I wasn't so much upset at missing out on a snow day as missing out on the snow. It seems that pretty much everywhere but here got some!
Blue Doggy Lovely flowers for an evil post (your count was showing as 666)
LilacPotato Well done on the STS and hopefully it will be easier with the Christmas goodies out of the way.
There's not really much to report here. I managed to get myself out after work to start week 2 of C25K, despite it being freezing cold and really not wanting to go, and also managed no alcohol or snacks during a video catch up with friends so I'll take yesterday as a win even though I probably ate a bit more for lunch and dinner than I should've done.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx7 -
Izadora, although I love it haggis isn't the healthiest of choices but I don’t have it very often. Sometimes I get into such a rut with meal planning I like to use special occasions or even awareness days to add a change to my menus. Forward planning for Feb, I’m looking around for some healthy option for Chinese new year on the 12th although its World Nutell@ Day on the 5th 😁 but that one I can give a miss, of course there is Pancake day on the 16th Mmmmmm

Morning all. Well good and bad news my test came back negative but DF test is positive so another 9 days in isolation. I think I am going to give weighing in a miss for the next couple of weeks I know it’s going to be bad and although I am staying relatively calm I know that I am and will comfort eat. As much as I try it is what it is. On the up side I will carry on doing my indoor running every other day as I feel better for it even if it does look vaguely dollally😀 and am drinking more water and making sure that we are all getting at least 7 a day in some form. Stay safe everyone.

Bit of an update, spoke to track and trace and because we have all been quarantined within the house and because hubs has had the virus he can go back to work this week and work has agreed, and because I haven’t shown any symptoms up to press I don’t have to self isolate either so at least will be able to get a run in. DF is still quarantined obvs bless him. I am still going to be vigilant as I have an underlying condition that affects my immune system and this new variant frighten the dickens out of me.‘It never hurts to keep looking for sunshine’ - Winnie the Pooh8

roblou, did you not know that looking 'vaguely doolally' is the new normal? In my case it's the old normal as well.
Mind you, in my mind anyone who is actually looking forward to a run has already passed the 'vaguely' doolally mark and is well into the 'definitely' doolally range.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Izadora ha! I didn’t notice! Maybe that’s why I slipped on ice while walking Junior Doggy yesterday! Luckily little damage done as I fell on my natural cushions
