Well done losers 👏
Blue the advantages of a little extra padding is not just natural cushions which is a good thing when you're as accident prone as me, the fat fills out the wrinkles so take years off (just ask Monna 😁)Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin10 -

Morning All,
Need2bthrifty Planning around special occasions is a great idea. I'm definitely guilty of getting stuck in a food rut so should look to do something similar. I really like Szechuan tofu and it's not that difficult to make so may have to do that for the 12th.
Frith Thank you, you've reminded me that I've got some halloumi lurking at the back of the fridge which needs using.
roblou Sorry to hear about DF's positive test and I hope that you're all doing okay. It's good that you're still able to get out for a run.
monnagran Having started doing C25K again, I definitely agree that looking forward to a run is doolally. I love the idea of wrinkles as smiling creases, I think I must've smiled a lot!!
Its_time Well done for the loss.
Blue Doggy I hope that you're not aching too much after the ice mishap.
Brambling If padding fills out the wrinkles I'm slightly scared to see how old I'll look if I manage to lose some weight!!
Excitement of excitement, I get to leave the house to go somewhere other than the shop today!!!! Okay, it's only for a chiropractor appointment but still, it's somewhere that's not here and talking face-to-face (at a distance and with masks) with someone who's not IzHe.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx8 -
Just popping in to update my weight. I had my Covid vaccine (NHS worker) on Friday and had a reaction to it so I've been out of action for a few days. Managed to weigh myself and I've lost 2lb (unsurprising as I've lost my appetite) Will be back on Saturday to update again. Have a good week all.

Afternoon All
Well that didn't last long reporting a gain of +2.5lb, very disappointed but on the upside I'm still 4lb lighter than when I started! Going to try my very hardest to resist bread this week as much as possible, apart from the 2 slices I allow myself on Sunday for breakfast. So far none has passed my lips!I've already been on the exercise bike today and will have another go later and hopefully tomorrow I shall try and heed my alarm and get out for an early walk before school with ds.Todays meals
B apple
L not sure yesterday maybe a salad and chicken that's lo
D Hoisin noodles with lots of veg and pork mince (new dish for us to try)
This Sunday is out monthly takeaway so I'm trying damage limitation but dh has also asked me to make his monthly allowance of choc chip brownies 😬'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Afternoon All
Izadora, I’ve never tried tofu, I look at it often enough in the “plant-based” chiller but never quite got around to buying - one of these days I'll give it a go.
Its that time of week to use up the odds and sods that are cluttering the fridge
B - yoghurt & fruit
L - celery & leek soup, bread roll
D - bacon, sausage, baked beans and sweet potato = my version of Cowboy pie 😁
Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Sept Grocery spends = £304.88
Oct - Grocery spends = £ 16.597 -
Hi
Is it okay to join part way through the challenge? If possible, I'd love to aim for 7lb by the end although I know that's quite challenging2020 Fashion on the Ration: Starting in January with 66 coupons. 37/66 remaining.7
