Well done on the losses. Gainers and stsers - just a blip, deep breath and carry on.
It was a great day for a brisk walk around the park, nice to be out in the sun but nobody was hanging around as the icy wind chilled to the bone.
B - yoghurt & fruit
L - sweet potato falafel, hm flatbread, pickled cucumber
D - haggis, neeps & tatties

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin10 -
Just playing catch up, I was sure I had updated the table at the weekend so some of you could have some interesting numbers
Some amazing numbers logged this week Frith no wonder your trousers are getting too big you've lost nearly a stone in less than a month
Roblou I hope your DF is doing Ok and that you're feeling OK in the circumstances you're allowed to eat rubbish
Izadora I seem to spend my life on conference calls as we are running over a year behind on a major system upgrade, if I'm 'lucky' it's just the team otherwise as with Friday it was the team and colleagues from USA, India, Holland and France so went on for ever as everyone has a opinion. The only plus is we don't do video calls
Bread is the devils foodalthough more to the point with me it's wheat that i react to. I know I shouldn't eat it but that doesn't stop me from doing it (i've two sisters with the same problem and two of my brothers grandchildren are coeliacs) I can go months with being really good and not eating any and then one slice of a nice loaf (not the cheap ready cut stuff) and it's a slippery slope to eating it every day
until i feel yuck and my joints start to complain, the walk downstairs this morning reminded me i had been eating far too much since Christmas, my knees weren't happy and I now have a even larger than before spare tyre. It's the reason I've been ignoring the scales and not WI I may not for a while this challenge but will keep manning the thread (or should that be womaning??) if i was more flexible i would kick myself up the bum but as a overweight woman in my mid fifties with dodgy knees my behind is safe for now
Have a good week all, please shout if I got something on the chart wrongLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin11 -

Hi just on here to report a quick half lb off. So much for 'cheating with WI day, Tuesday is my actual WI day and I am now a whole lb down. So reporting 1 lb lost.
My new trick is to use a cereal bowl for dinner, instead of a pasta bowl - makes a massive difference, and it feels right away. Sorry for the edit, but for the first time since early December this is truly new fat off, so I can now actually start shifting those last 8 lb.
Hope everybody is well, and not too upset about missing out on snow days - due to working from home.
