Welcome to the challenge SezzaF I have added you to the chart
well done Katy
SIrens hopefully cutting out the bread will help this week
I prefer the smoked tofu and it's nice with a sauce made with peanut butter and coconut milk which probably balances out the low calories from the tofuI do try to oven bake it rather than fry.
Somehowcheese scones appeared in my oven last night (only a half batch)
I would blame the cat but he has no thumbs. I told my sister it was because i was trying to use up grated cheese taking up room in the freezer, she wasn't buying that excuse. So it was one for supper, one for breakfast and 1 with HM tomato soup for lunch - at least they are all gone now, the trouble is they are so easy to make and so delicious
My mum who was known for her sting in the tail comments to her daughters (my nephews would wait to see what granny said next and gleefully repeated them on the way home) was the one who told me i was lucky i was fat as it filled out the wrinkles

Good morning all,
Calling in to report a loss of 0.5 lbs this morning. I'm happy with that. I'm eating very small meals but eating when I'm hungry and trying to keep them as fat free as possible (thank you gallstone). There's no point listing my meals as they can be a bit strange and sometimes they're just a couple of handfuls of whatever fruit is lurking in the fridge. Raspberries are the current favourite but there are grapes and blueberries in there and last night I had a banana for supper.
Take care all of you8 -
Just distracting myself for a second - 600 g away form having lost 10 kg off in just under a year, I know I can do it, I am hoping in the next 2 weeks or so I will get there. I might try to celebrate that with a - planned 8 mile run. How else does one celebrate weight loss? The other option might be a complex (and fairly) healthy 3 course meal for the family :-) I will start planning that one.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Well done on all the losses so far
Sorry I've been a late starter this challenge, a few days off over Christmas turned into 3 weeks and I really struggled to get back to it. I've been good a couple of weeks now, but oh it's coming off so slowly, but happy to report finally a 1lb loss thank you Brambling.

How quickly Fridays seem to come around. WI this morning and I’m very happy with another ½lb loss, I was a bit surprised as I’ve had a few more carbs than usual this week, but maybe giving my digestive track a bit of a surprise is the way to do it 😁
Izadora & Brambling thanks for the ideas for tofu I’m always on the lookout for ideas to add to my list of “meatless meats” - its on the shopping list.
B - porridge & stewed apples
L - croissant with ham salad, melon
