Old Style Weight Loss 2021 - Quarter 1

Blue I think doughnuts were definitely needed and I hope they did the trick
roblou I hope your husband starts to feel better soon and that you manage to avoid the lurgy
Sirens That's an amazing loss, even for woosh weight.
Sorry for missing loads of other posts but my laptop died yesterday morning so I'm having to use my phone. It also means that, other than providing information that's in my head, I can't do any work. It's weird but I actually miss the purpose that it gives the day but at least I made use of some of the extra time by exercising, rather than giving into the temptation to eat everything in sight.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx8 -
Wow SIRENS 👏
Oldstyle target is not necessarily so I've left it out 🙂
Roblou hope things are going ok with you all
food hasn't been to great at the moment, I've not only fallen off the wagon but it's just a speck on the horizon at the moment 😐 so today I cooked a batch of broccoli and leek soup with a few leaves of kale for lunch. Dinner was a lamb steak with new potatoes, French beans and tenderstem broccoli- a very green day

Good morning, Everyone
Congratulations Lovely Losers 👏👏👏 with special mention SIRENS 💐 Wow!Thank you for kind words monna, Brambling, Izadora, SIRENS.
roblou best wishes for your DH and all your household.
Brambling if you can just see the wagon on the horizon you’ll be able to catch it. Run fast, we need you on board! Your green food day should help. Sometimes these things happen, specially on dull dismal days 🌫Oops, I missed posting yesterday
yesterday’s grub was
B : fishfingers with tomato purée
L : hm cauliflower soup, rice pudding
D : tomatoey lentils with couscous, 2 slices of chocolate Swiss roll*
S : none
* it was added to my online grocery order to make up the minimum spend to hold my slot, and I forgot to delete it
Today’s plan
B : porridge
L : corned beef salad
D : chicken, celery, carrot, peas; yogurt with raspberries
S : ideally, none; realistically, choc Swiss roll
Best wishes to all.“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Morning all, that’s amazing loss @SIRENS 😁.
Today is going to be the same porridge for breakfast (cannot wait till I can make my own jam again), cauliflower and cheese soup with sourdough for lunch. I’m unsure on dinner it will either be pasta or potato’s but swinging towards the potatoes as we got a load free.
Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe x6 -
Blue I'm not sure if that speck is the wagon or a speck on my glasses 😳

Brambling you will get there. This week is the first week since the beginning of December I am feeling positive about my weight loss. It's been a right muddle since October. But today is good, and I am teaching online and just did 100 jumps on a skipping rope - and I got so out of breath! But at least it wakes up my legs, after so much sitting.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Wow SIRENS well done. It's good even for woosh weight. I've never lost that much even on the first week of a diet7

Sirens I am gobsmacked, to use a culturally elegant phrase. It would take me 3 months to lose that amount, and I could put it back on overnight.

😂 monnagran my legs weigh A LOT more than that! I think it's probably because I have a lot to loose 😬 and I was pretty well behaved last week, I'm trying to carry it through this week although weekends are tough to stay on track and I usually give myself Sunday of to eat what I like, but recently 'Sunday' was starting from 'Friday' also now I'm back at work I guess I'm moving more.
Although my planned preschool walk with ds didn't happen this morning as I either forgot to set my alarm or slept through it. So might try and do that tomorrow instead.
yesterday meals were
B Fruit
L lentils and crackers
D nasi goreng
i had baked oats for pud with a tbsp of jam
today
B fruit
L probably a ham sandwich as the hams expiring tomorrow.
d chicken fajitas with pasta for me instead of bread.
