What happened Blue? Did the STS go to your head?
Br. toast and marmalade
L. was supposed to be lasagne, but having spent the morning making it, I didn't fancy it, so ended up with beans on toast.
Just eaten biscuits and cheese followed by 2 Jaffa cakes.
The orange in the marmalade and Jaffa cakes counts as my 1 a day. Right?
no argument on the Jaffa cake, same as my marmalade...vitamin C. 😁‘It never hurts to keep looking for sunshine’ - Winnie the Pooh5 -

Half a pound on 🙁 Really must do better this week! My OH has decided he needs to lose some weight so hopefully he’ll spur me on!
Porridge, soup (out of freezer so I have no idea what kind!) with a slice of bread and some sort of chicken stir fry for tea. Must stay away from the biscuits at work!
Have a good week everyone xx7 -

Morning All,
Well done on the losses and STSs and commiserations for any gains.
I somehow managed not to do my usual trick of undoing all of my hard work over the weekend so can log in with a -3.5lb loss. I think the fact that we can't go out, which means no meeting friends in the pub, helped as I was saved not only from the alcohol calories but also the hungover munchies
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx7 -
Hi Folks,
I gave myself a day off yesterday and there was a bit of comfort eating going on - I seem to alternate between Mrs Angry and Lockdown Lethargy there never seems to be a happy medium at the moment.
But start of a new week and although bitterly cold out there the sun is shining so that's a positive.

D - SC chicken thighs, broccoli & brussels
