Good morning everyone
Sorry for my absence I have actively been avoiding posting as I had nothing good to post about. I turned into an unstoppable munching machine as I have been so very stressed out about things I have no control over. I can't promise that I will behave now but I did clamber onto my scales this morning and by a miracle I have lost 2lb! This is definitely not deserved but I will take it with gratitude.
Glad to see that you are all mostly doing well and sympathies to the struggling. Good luck for the rest of the week xx7 -
Morning all, can I come along on the journey with you? Started this morning with porridge and jam and going to have soup and my first sourdough loaf for lunch, it’s a bit solid but waste not want not 🙂6

Morning Everyone,
Another late check-in from me - I'm self employed and the one client I currently work for had nothing yesterday so I didn't make it online. I'm positive that if I try to use my phone to post I'll make a right mess of it! Anyway, to the point - a loss of 1lb again for me. OH is losing it much quicker than me - and snacking more - it's so annoying! Still, slow and steady wins the race - right?
Have a good week everyone7 -
Morning all. Spanner’s in works today... hubs has developed symptoms, cough and flu like symptoms so we are all self isolating. He went for his test this morning. Although not a frontline worker he is a key worker and has worked though all of it. Hopefully it is just a normal seasonal bug. Until we get the result I don’t think I’m going to be very good😳 food wise. Also can’t run so perhaps I will try to join in with some Joe Wicks, that will be a sight for sore eyes!Plan for today in theory is
b toast
d corned beef sarnie...already eaten!T pork chop and veg

Afternoon All
Oh dear Roblou fingers crossed its negative.
The frost is only now starting to thaw on the cars and pavements here so I haven't been anywhere today. I noticed a community salt/grit bin in one of the supermarket carparks so I'll pop down there tomorrow and fill a bucket to have handy as we're due to have some more snow and ice in the next couple of days. Anyone who may be in the direct path of the storm or at risk of flooding I wish you safe and well.
B - Boiled egg & and oatcake
L - Ham salad. Fresh fruit
