Breakfast- yoghurt and berries
Lunch - 1 sausage and 1 egg (was making sandwiches for my younger son)
Tea - will be stuffed peppers from the BSD. I’m usually very pleased with the BSD recipes but it does look a bit dull!9 -
Thank you @Mrs_Salad_Dodger and @CRANKY40. I really hope that’s the case and have so far resisted throwing in the towel and stuffing my face with cake.8

but I've finally realised there's been a lot of comfort eating going on here. Well done for not throwing in the towel.
I was 13 stone in April, and managed a 9lbs loss in the lockdown - getting into the 11's was so close. But I've put 5.5lbs back on over xmasBeen feeling a bit down and cake comfort eating. But you're right, I won't throw in the towel and have started being a bit more mindful, so pleased to be at 12st 8.5lbs today. I am so close to the 11's

Good afternoon, Everyone!
Weighing in today with an STS.
Another one affected by comfort eating herea pack of 6 choc chip brioche rolls leapt into my shopping basket yesterday, and were eaten buttered with coffee as lunch - yes, all six
. Followed by a tin of rice pudding
. And the sole survivor of the planned lunch, the tangerine. So the sardine salad became dinner, and the beef & veg stayed in the freezer and fridge.
So, today is that other day, and the menu is:
B : porridge with grapes
D : slow-cooked lamb (not by me, a ready made one) with parsnip, leek and cauliflower; yogurt with raspberries
T : 2 mushroom “pizzas”, with salad.
S : none planned
Wishing you all a good week“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Happy Sunday all. Also a comfort eater.😳
No run today as hubs said it was quite slippery. I was going to try this afternoon but I like to run on an empty tum plus I have gotten stuck into a crossword that’s hard to put down. I know the temperature is up a bit tomorrow so will venture out in the morning.B - two rounds of toast and marmalade
d - home made cannelloni,( internal not external)
t - Ifits‘It never hurts to keep looking for sunshine’ - Winnie the Pooh5 -
A run out in the cold v a curl up on the sofa with a book? Oh gosh roblou, that's a difficult one.
What happened Blue? Did the STS go to your head?
Br. toast and marmalade
L. was supposed to be lasagne, but having spent the morning making it, I didn't fancy it, so ended up with beans on toast.
Just eaten biscuits and cheese followed by 2 Jaffa cakes.
The orange in the marmalade and Jaffa cakes counts as my 1 a day. Right?I believe that friends are quiet angels

Breakfast - LO stuffed pepper
Tea - Spanish chicken and broccoli.
A decent walk today (first for weeks), almost in to the next village.
Will weigh tomorrow though I have a bit of water retention at the moment.7 -
@Brambling thanks for keeping us going in this dark season. @SandyShores just keep at it, there were always going to be bumps. I am trying to get into the elevensies as well. It's just a number. What is important is that you are healthy and looking after yourself.
I think I am doing OK in a very small way. But I will update on Tuesday, no faffing around, just Tuesday mornings. I am hoping for 1/2 - 1lb a week going forwards.
This weekend was two medium walks of about 4 miles, so lovely to be out in the sunshine chatting away, no desire for running and exertion after all of the rain and frost. Just a desire for daylight :-)I try to interim fast on weekdays, it's quite easy at the screen!
