All this talk of chocolate orange.
Here's a first - yesterday I bought a single 100g pot of chocolate orange mousse and had half at lunchtime that day. This morning, with coffee, I had the remaining 50g and actually thought it was more than I really wanted (but couldn't waste it!). Unbelievable but actually true. So that was 103 calories per 50g portion which seems reasonable for a daily treat.9 -

Off to the dentist today so dd can get new braces put in 😬 she is a little apprehensive but it was her choice and will be worth it in the long run.
I do love chocolate orange but I have joined dh in his bedtime drink of apple cider vinegar and cinnamon concoction (supposed to help with blood pressure 🤔) and need the choc orange to take the taste away so trying to make it last!
todays meals
B fruit
l will probably be some soup
d I am trying pizza pasta from my new cook book, I think it's pasta bake of sorts with pepperoni slices, I am not such a massive fan but dd loves pizza.

Happy Friday all. Up with the lark this morning for no other reason than I woke up at the crack of dawn. 😡First cuppa had, meditation done. Making the most of the time before the house stirs.
b - dippy eggs
d - marmite spaghetti
t - white fish with mash and green veg.

Good morning, Everyone
Congratulations on losses, Lovely Losers! 👏👏👏 Even half a pound lost is a loss, and well worth celebrating. Keep up the good work! “Every little helps.”
Roblou I hope next week will be better for you. As ever “Tomorrow is another day!” Stay strong. And keep chuckling
Little Voice well done on strength of mind re your mousse! 💐
Yesterday’s plan worked out pretty well, except the cheese salad became 2 mushroom “pizzas” with salad, and I snacked on a banana and some walnuts.
Today’s plan:
B : porridge with grapes
L : hm soup (maybe tomato, poss broccoli and Stilton if I make it); apple
D : cod steak probably with cheese or parsley sauce, peas, carrots, leek; yogurt
