Didn't do at all well yesterday. My back was not behaving so I made do with what was in the fridge
L: ham sandwiches, piece of HM swiss roll.
T: tin of tomato and roasted red pepper soup, into which I put some spicy veggie balls,
2 pieces dark chocolate, apple and walnuts.
Too many cups of coffee, milk no sugar7 -
I've just logged in to add to my post of last night, only to find that there wasn't one. My favourite trick of logging out before remembering to post I guess. Pity. You missed a treat, but you'll have to take my word for it.
Frith, or Froth, as my tablet insists you should be called, it's a bossy piece of equipment, congratulations on recognising hunger when you feel it. You know what that is, don't you?
It's your body telling you that it has used up all the available energy and is now having to recycle some of your stored up fat. Hunger is a slimmers best friend.
Equally, Little Voice, well done on stopping eating the yoghurt when your body was satisfied. Go to the top of the class.
Zaviro, that doesn't look like a bad intake to me. Surely there can't be such a thing as too much coffee. Sorry about the back. It's one of those pains that you can't get away from.
Blue, Bohemia is a place somewhere around Czechoslavakia . Ignoramus. And I thought that my teaching days were over.
OK. I admit it. I had to look up the spelling of Chechoslovakia. Tablet's predictive text had a fit of the vapours and retired hurt. And my tiny hand is no longer frozen, thank you.
Today I am regarding, with some disfavour, a lump of mince that has been thawing in the fridge overnight. I can do 1001 things with mince and I don't fancy any of them. I'm resisting the temptation to fling it back into the freezer, from whence it came.
I'll ponder the problem over another coffee.

Afternoon All
Well just finished my coffee (nods to monnagran 😊) and am off to to give my chicken a short marinade, also up early this morning and dragged the kids with me for a pre school walk around the park, ds hasn't seem the outside world for a couple of weeks, once we were out it was quite lovely, if a little frosty, think this will be our new Friday, until school resumes.
B banana
L cheese and ham sandwich
D harissa chicken with roasted veg and rice, another new recipe to try, we didn't actually get round to the pizza pasta yesterday as dd's mouth was too sore after the braces so she had soup and ds and I had marmite pasta .
I have just ordered myself a wide mouthed flask and shall try to take soup to work once it comes to stave off the hunger at work 😬
Now choc orange mousse sounds right up my street...

Some nice numbers already guys 👏👏, so I'm sneaking in with a STS I seem to have lost my dieting mojo 😐
didn't they use to make glass in Bohemia?
N2BT have you thought of measuring yourself sometimes it can be demoralising not to see the numbers you expect but the inches are dropping off or in my case rearranging 🙄 and yes I still use inches when it comes to fitting the tape measure around me 😁
have a good weekend

I sorted my wardrobe out this morning. I have a small pile of too big or never going to wear things and I tried on some of my clothes that were a little too snug this time last year. Most of my dresses look so much better for having a bit less of me in them so that's a good incentive to carry on trying to lose weight.
I'm intending to measure myself tomorrow Brambling. I didn't have the enegy to do it today after trying clothes on10 -
I thought I'd go really Old Style and walk the 5km to work a couple of days this week but somehow I have managed to gain 1kg7
