Hope everyone is doing ok, its been another cold day here I think we got to a high of 3℃ but still not much of a thaw going on. Trying to make good use of my 'stay at home' time but everything seems to revolve around food - cooking, eating, menu planning, shopping list and watching Rick Stein and Nigella
Zafiro, I've also ditched my large 27cm dinner plates and replaced them with 22cm ones - I find these a perfect size although a bit of a squeeze trying to get Christmas dinner on the plate
B - ½ banana & watermelon smoothie, rest of banana on toast
L - Butternut squash soup, crackers with a scrape of peanut butter
D - Chicken and savoury lentils, carrot ribbons

July - Sept Grocery spends = £304.88
Oct - Grocery spends = £ 33.998 -
Breakfast - forest fruits and yoghurt
Lunch - half an avocado and hummus
Tea - pork loin chop in cream sauce, carrots, parsnips and peas. (Parsnips not part of the BSD but they needed using up).9 -
Today:
464 steps so far, embarrassing
Breakfast large portion of oats w nuts and raisins, apple
Lunch 2 slices of bread w pate, and cheddar, cucumber

Monnagran:- Good idea, I just need a dose of willpower.
Well done on the vaccination I'm eagerly awaiting my letter.
Lunch;- 2 x cup a soup, I didn't feel like much else as my back was playing up after doing silly things like wrestling/arguing with one of the 'pets' that decided he was in charge.
Tea:- 4 spiced veggie balls (frozen leftovers from Christmas), a few chicken bits and veg. I've gone back to my standard pudding - one piece of 85% cocoa chocolate, and 5 walnuts. I'd forgotten how much I used to enjoy them.9 -

Good morning, Everyone!
Monna Ah! Italiano! Bellissimo! 😍 (“Rodolpho”?) I think Bohemia is largely a country of the mind, especially as one grows older (unless of course one lives in Central Europe, I wonder where their “Bohemia” is?). I hope your hands are warm now... 🎶Yesterday’s plan was “modified” by doubling up the lunch banana & custard (yummy yummy), and having an evening snack of an apple and quite a lot of walnuts.Dishes of the day:
B : porridge with grapes
L : cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, olives; apple
D : chicken, parsnip, sprouts, celery; yogurt
S : hopefully none, otherwise fruit/yogurt/nuts“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Morning All
Off to the dentist today so dd can get new braces put in 😬 she is a little apprehensive but it was her choice and will be worth it in the long run.
I do love chocolate orange but I have joined dh in his bedtime drink of apple cider vinegar and cinnamon concoction (supposed to help with blood pressure 🤔) and need the choc orange to take the taste away so trying to make it last!
todays meals
B fruit
l will probably be some soup
d I am trying pizza pasta from my new cook book, I think it's pasta bake of sorts with pepperoni slices, I am not such a massive fan but dd loves pizza.
