Do you all eat before or after exercise in the morning - I think I need to eat a bit, otherwise I get a sense of low blood sugar and feel unwell. But then this doesen't fit well wit trying to do intermittent fast!
Any ideas, it might be partly habit. I was in the habit of feeling hungry/not full and energetic and now I'm in the habit of feeling full and passive! So it's definitely not just about food.
Congrats to all of the losers, keep going if STS and and if you had a gain, it's just a bump in the road, so just keep at it.
Confession I don't have foodplans, so I fill this in as I go along!
B-large serving of porridge w raisins and nuts(half water and half milk) - saves me buying skimmilk which I don't like anyways- and coffee.

Frith, I got a copy of the BSD book, eagerly read through the menu plan and recipes but haven't been quite as brave as you to start on that plan - good luck you are doing really well.
Monna, I'm also a reluctant hospital/surgery attendee but this is one thing I'm eager to hear when its likely to be my turn
My meal plan's a bit cheesy today but it really needs to be used up
B - Boiled egg & soldiers
L - Feta & watermelon salad, crispbreads
D - Broccoli & stilton soufflé, tomato salad
Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

First day
Lunch:- 2 x slim a soup, tomato and basil from Sain... being my favourite, 2 boiled eggs, an apple and satsuma
Tea:- bits of fish
I buy fish pie mix from the fish wholesaler at the nearby port. The pieces are usually very large and it's cheaper than whole fish. There was salmon, smoked fish, I think cod or similar, and some form of flatfish, plus the very large prawns, - I had three of those, plus peas, one egg, and broccoli.
I need to watch portion size as it has slowly crept up, I went to a smaller plate some while ago but I tend to cram as much as I can on it. - not good.
I'm quite full so going to enjoy a coffee and then call it a day. tomorrow is another day8 -

well first weigh in with a teeny 1/2lb I started off so well then fell into the last slice of chocolate cake and half a tin of honey roasted nuts, luckily that's most of the Christmas foods gone except from my chocolate orange but I can limit my self to one or 2 segments a day with that.Today is a work day so
B porridge with half milk half water, apple and cinnamon and tsp of mixed seeds
no lunch as we close at 2 soon break and by the time I get in I might as well wait for dinner!

zaviro, I know just what you mean about portion sizes and cramming a small plate full to overflowing. What I do now is to put half the food on to another plate and leave in in the kitchen. If I still feel hungry after I've eaten the miserable portion - and I mean HUNGRY, not just "gosh that was nice, I'd really like to eat some more," - then I retrieve the spare dish from the kitchen. If I can convince myself that I can cope without it, then I cover it and park it in the fridge for another day. Or later that day. Thus saving pounds and pence as well as pounds and ounces. Win, win.
Siren, you can limit yourself to 1 or 2 segments of chocolate orange? Respect!
Blue, I thoroughly enjoyed my Bohemian youth, and my Bohemian middle age come to that. My Bohemian very old age seems slow in arriving. Perhaps Bohemia is lost and gone for ever, like Clementine.

I'm all vaccinated now. Arrived at the centre at 2.37pm, was jabbed, sat for 15 minutes and walked out at 2.54pm.
No effects whatsoever. I might well have dreamed the whole thing.
