NSD today and yesterday, I think that makes 10. Gym yesterday. Stayed up way too late last night watching episodes of the Bay. Tired today.

Went for a 20 min walk in the sunshine today. Read some of my book. No meditation yet, will try this eve. Grateful for having lots of work, for the sun coming out x

NSD ............ 20!!!  Not gone out, again......  Feel like a prison guard.  Kids are at least on the right day of schoolwork, but I am tired of getting emails from teachers saying  X piece of work is missing, or  X came to his lesson late.   The kids have to eat and not one of them has the same lunchtime as another, and DH is recording lectures at the same time.   The internet keeps dropping out.    I am not doing a good job of motivating them to learn for their non-existent exams.

Not liking today. I am a grump.

Tuesday- NSD 17, mostly because work was so busy I had a very short lunch break so didn't have time to venture near a shop 🤣. 
Bank balance is certainly benefiting from lock down, no sports clubs to pay for, much less fuel used (apart from work mileage but I claim that back) and no "as I'm here I might as well shop" trips! I spend much less when I have a meal plan and a list. 
Grateful today that work is busy when so many people's livelihood is in trouble, online Brownies for DD keeping a touch of "normal" in her life, I'm sure it was noticeably "lighter" later this afternoon so it will be Spring before long!

NSD 20 today.
Grateful for:
Free pizza for lunch in work.
Brought home free container of pasta for dinner from work.
Being offered 6 weeks worth of CBT through Talking therapies.  Just waiting for further information.

NSD number 18 here, work was ridiculously busy today thanks to a couple of colleagues not doing what they should've done. It's dealt with now but it's getting tedious. On the plus side i got loads of steps in with all the running around that I did! 

Grateful for turning my laptop off, mini egg chocolate bar (would recommend!), and my cosy blanket.

Today I am grateful for dd sleeping for nearly 12 hours!, for a quick orthodontist appt, for dh driving us there and back, for the 'ta-da' music and fireworks my f1tb1t does when I reach my step target, for being safe and well and warm and dry and fed and watered.

Just popping by to say that today I am grateful for being able to go into work. It felt great to have a purpose. And it was amazing to be out of the house safely.
